Lee Anthony Almosts Hits Protesters

  • #341
I loved that lady that went with the big dog. She just sat, not on their property, her big sign, not screaming, not being unlawful, AND LA did what he did. Disgusting. I know I would hate it, but I would not be harboring a murderer, and would not be lying about everything.

I do not advocate placing children in danger or provoking idiots.

What I advocate is upholding the constitutional rights of individuals.
I advocate not usurping the Bill of Rights and tailoring it over and over so as to accomodate every liar, fruitcake, and volatile nut who is out there.

Sometimes there are inherent negatives built into something which ultimately is a positive. There will always be negatives involved with upholding our constitution but it's the only one we have.

One could argue it is negative to have this type of disturbance on a quiet tree-lined street, and that the protests attract some people without the best of judgment. But oh well, what about the protesting...it is constitutionally protected activity.

Conversely, it is arguably negative for Casey to be hamming it up, high-5ing for America, and prancing around free. But as much of an annoyance as that may be, and as much as it irks people to the core, it is also constitutionally generated and constitutionally protected.
To let any of our Constitutional protections slide because of the individual acts of one nutty family is very dangerous territory.

So let the protestors protest; Let the (alleged) murderer walk around town.

That's the trade off.

And I can't see where in that deal, the Anthony's get the right to harrass, strike, threaten, vandalize and generally rule with dictatorial authority, any group of law abiding people and their property. Let the arrests begin.

I was belittled for posting this mindset elsewhere so please don't yell at me.:bang:

ME THREE, GO PROTESTORS. Go every day, stay all night. Carry signs. Please leave children at home, DO NOT STEP ON THEIR PROPERTY, DO NOT TOUCH ANYBODY IN THAT FAMILY, BUT GO PROTEST, make them know we will not forget Caylee.

i still dont see where its an observation .. i think your observing things the wrong way .. my statement certainly did NOT intimate that in any way .

You did not in any way indicate that you were upset that a child had not been hit. Don't worry about it.

wow, Miracles...that was a top-notch post. I grabbed my little flag and started waving it! :p

truly, that was good post, imo!

It is our constitutional right to peacefully protest, yes.

But sometimes its seems like everyone thinks they have torches and pitchforks in their hands! We taunt them like animals in a cage and then GASP when they react.

The lady and the dog were good examples of a peaceful protest. Lee's reaction to her was that of a beaten animal.

JMHO.

Lee drives like a maniac. He thinks he is a tough guy......really tough Iron Man

If the Anthony's really want to make the protesters go away all they have to do is revoke the bond and have KC sent back to jail where she belongs.

Everyone was saying she would talk when she got home, well it isn't happening, all she does is spend the day enjoying herself at the lawyers. I think that infuriates the public even more.

Just send her back to jail and the protesters and the news crews will tire of just watching a house.

Something just occured to me, is it possible that she is having to spend all those hours during the day at the lawyers so she can be watched? I'm thinking if GA and CA has returned to work, who would be there to watch KC while they were gone? Maybe her lawyer offered to do the job, so her bond wouldn't be revoked? Just a thought, because I can't imagine what they would be talking about all those hours on a daily bases.

I believe she can be alone at home without having her bond revoked

I will be sure to take note of your outrage when someone finally gets hurt.

Just my opinion, and I didn't see where you were upset that the girls were not hit, but you are so defensive of that family, every thing. So, it appears that you may feel those kids should not have been there and if they were hit, it was their fault.

JUST MY OBSERVATION.

I don't want anybody hurt. If the A's can't control their anger and tempers, maybe they should go hide somewhere. None of the protesters are hurting them, why do they have to hurt the protesters?

Somebody that finally gets it. All of this could end very quickly. If they don't want protesters send their precious little daughter back to jail. And the HOA are going to try and take away fifty people's constitutional rights? Come on, why take away fifty people's right when all you have to do is take away Casey's constitutional rights? If she was in jail there wouldn't be any protesters

WHAT??? She gave a very straighforward, unemotional, unbiased account of what transpired. Since when does being "defensive" of any family equate to wanting to see a child get hit by a car or to blaming the child if they are hit? :banghead:

Thanks for the info., :) wasn't sure what the guidlines were on the bond. Maybe her family doesn't feel too comfy leaving her home alone. I just can't figure out why in the world a lawyer would have to spend that many hours, daily, with their client.

Lee is half power ranger half pokemon and IronMan memorabilia collector. Oh I forget! He is a private investigator too! He is beyond the law! He is the law!

That video of him made me spazz out today. I even had to grab my hubby to watch it. GAAAAAhhhh, I can't stand Lee and his snarky face and his know it all attitude. He really does believe he IS the law--that is very creepy.

Someone shoop him in an ironman outfit--I'm terrible at it!

Yeah he thinks he is above the law. Well, he needs to be arrested on attempted murder charges and child abuse for almost running over some little kids. He should be ashamed of himself! high five!

I didn't say that. I am basing my opinion of her post on her previous posts. She is very defensive of them. I see her making excuses for the actions of the A's. Saying the people lied. I DID NOT SAY she said she wanted the kids to be hit.

JUST MY OPINION. I think if he did hit the kids, which he did not, she would be the one on the jury that would acquit him cause they were in his driveway and should not have been protesting.

AGAIN, THIS IS JUST MY OPINION.
