Letters to Casey from Cindy and George

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XgwCS94Bh4E
Has she been setting George up all along? She said he borrowed her car, that George had ran over something, etc. George, George, not her. Why?

Big difference between how Cindy spoke with the protestors outside her home, very controlled compared to how she responds to LE during an interview. She is very rude and we know she knows better. LE interviewers were very nice to her......they should have brought the hammer down and told her she was interferring with an investigation and what the charges could be if she continued.

We never did see that statement from JC Penney, did we???? Maybe there was nothing on it. jmo

I second that, CA is either completely coo coo or will be before long. She is also very passive aggressive with KC, those ruffled blouses attest to that. Nothing wrong with a plain white or pastel blouse. I don't believe those ruffles are fulfilling CA's desire to make KC look young and innocent either. But I guess she will never stop trying to make KC over, way too late for that.

I wonder when AL was made president or "owner" of DePaul University, is it only a matter of time before they change the name to the Lyon Method School of Law?

That would be her organ donor card...:innocent:

Wouldn't you think that with all the money she received for her photos and video of Caylee she could have sent someone to buy a shirt she liked, or ordered one online while on Baez laptop at the jail ?

Well why didn't AL purchase some clothing ICA liked, as her surrogate mom :croc: .... not like AL doesn't have $$$, even Targee blouses would be better.

I do think when it comes time to appeal you will see on her list, she got very very bad advice from her lawyer and it really messed her up emotionally and mentally being in lock down 23 hours a day, and having no visitors , for two years. It is cruel and unusual punishment, I agree. I do not agree as to who is to blame for that. It is not the city, the county, Judge Strickland, Judge Perry, LE or prosecutors, other inmates, or the tooth fairy's fault. I blame Jose.

Hi, TWA!!! I had never seen that - that's pretty interesting. Looks as if JB took most of RH's advice. Wonder if the comments JB has already made to the media (repeating what ICA said to him) will come back to haunt him at trial? After all, he's certainly up against a "slick" prosecutor, fortunately! :) Thanks again for sharing the link!

My favorite: "Tell the grandmother to shut up...." LMAO!

I remember the whole thread and discussion, and I do remember that somewhere there was a piece of info about KC begging CA to get GA to not testify. I can't find the thread now, but my sometimes faulty memory is kicking up that the story of KC's wanting CA to stop GA was relayed to the public, or told by LP. So take it with that in mind.

Thanks faefrost! I'm glad someone else remembers the same thing about KC trying to get her mother to stop George from testifying. Was it from LP? I hope there's something more in the way of validation than it being something LP said.

I have not read this entire thread and am way behind on this subject, but after reading some of these letters written to KC - I still can't belive that CA and GA REALLY think KC is innocent and I can only imagine what KC is thinking while reading them, knowing that she really did KILL Caylee. I mean it is almost too easy for KC to be who she is because if CA and GA found her standing over Caylee's dead body they would still NEED convincing. Maybe even if KC confessed they would say she was innocent.

I mean I understand missing your daughter and still loving her - writing letters about that makes sense - but to write about her being innocent still to this day blows my mind.

Problem with CA is that she has probably never sat down and gone over everything at once. It is overwhelming but she is trying to focus on the small out-of-control camp fire in front of her while the whole forest is engulfed behind her back. jmo

On page 502 letter number I think it is 15407 (it's cut off a little), the girl says she saw her add when she was looking for a pen pal, so Casey had an add for a pen pal?

I am sure she would have preferred a cute male twenty-something pen pal. She can't exactly put out a singles ad in her current state, it would have to read "single white inmate looking for nice guy that has a thing for suspected filicidal cuties."

I'm dyslexic. No problems spelling. I just often start at the end of things and go backwards. Papers, magazines, mazes, etc. Not sure that is part of it...it's just what I do without thinking. But I can spell fine. Well, I think I can..???? Regular math okay, even algebra....but don't give me a word problem. Show me once I've got it. Give me written directions I'm lost. I never had all the symptoms but enough to qualify.

LOL - you too, eh? Excellent memory but can't follow directions worth a d***, and under pressure can't tell my left from my right. Doesn't everybody start at the end and work back? LOL!! I tell people I have excellent conceptual skills....

Doesn't this make you curious about what the jail's standard operating procedures are for controlling and processing all the prisoners' incoming and outgoing mail? Does just one person handle this responsibility? Do they read everything or just make sure with a quick glance that there's no contraband enclosed? Is everything logged in and out? Or is the control/inspection done on a sample basis (like random people being picked at airports for a closer check)?

And my biggest curiosity is how we came to have all these copies to read. Can it be possible that the jail copies every single piece of incoming/outgoing mail? It seems unlikely that they would have the resources (or space) to do that, doesn't it? Or do they customarily do more thorough controls for high-profile prisoners?

The Good Lord knows I'm delighted to have this treasure trove of facts of the Anthonys' continued lies and manipulations. But I am concerned that unless the jail strictly followed their sop to a "T" that the defense team might try to accuse the jail and state of harassing Casey (the same way they tried to claim she was set up in the clinic waiting area when Caylee's body was found).

This issue is probably of no importance but we don't need another ring to be added to this circus! And history tells me the defense loves to roll them in nonstop. . .

I recall two pieces of mail that were in the whole batch that had to do with prisoners getting pen pals. They both appeared to be mail advertisements and I wish that I had made a note of what page number, etc each were. There are numerous web sites for pen pals for prisoners and I searched a couple of them but could not find any with Casey's name on them. If someone happens to come across those two pieces can you please note the page number or at least the names of the web sites? Thank you!

I also have wondered how the State came about having possession of these letters. Since we KNOW KC didn't offer them up......

Does anyone know? Just exactly how did the State get them in order for them to be part of discovery?

I asked a question similar to this on the legal thread and AZ gave a most wonderful response. See post #998 in the legal thread. It answered all my questions about the letters and it might answer yours too.

haha  Great post!! ITA!

She could find her in the process of committing the act and she'd still find someone else to point her finger at. What she feels for her daughter is the exact opposite of "unconditional love".. everything has conditions for that woman, everything.. if it isn't "her way" she makes it her way. Even if only in her fantasy world. But we see how everyone must live in that world with her if they want any peace. 7 months pregnant and still ignoring her. I'd bet $ that "Jeff" was her invention, not Casey's.

Very interesting. I had read mention of this and it explains a lot. Casey taking out an ad for pen pals explains the volume of positive and supportive e-mails from such an array of characters.

Interesting! But, did I overlook the explanation of how the letters were obtained/retained? Does the jail scan each letter that arrives and save them electronically? I'm just curious about the mail process at the jail/prison. Thanks!

UPDATE: I just read on another site that mail at Misty Croslin's jail is scanned. Maybe I guessed right and ICA's mail is scanned as well?

Here's a link to OCJ's inmate mail info, but it's not very detailed as to their process: http://www.orangecountyfl.net/ServicesOnline/CurrentInmateDatabase/SendingMailtoInmates.aspx

Letter from Cindy:

"Dad and I are thinking of moving when you come home. I'm hoping Andrea can get you into her law school, if that is something you are still considering.

Please reach out to me through Jose."

Bolded by me. What planet are they living on or what drugs are they on, and can I have some!? LOL. Law school...for someone who didn't graduate high school...um, okaaaay....

These people are delusional and in need of psychiatric help, ASAP

And whats up with GA's handwriting? Its like a girls. Wow, CA has emasculated him so, even his handwriting is female!
