I see what you're saying but the thing is Misty was living with Tommy (Hank Jr) and Lindsey at/during this time (and the time of the burglary), therefore I think that they're referring to Tommy (Hank Jr) & Lindsey's MH on Tyler St.

In answer to your question about where Ronald was staying during that time -officially, or at least for the public/LE's record, at GGS's in Welaka... but who really knows :crazy:

But jmoo, it isn't a stretch to go from such feelings as jelousy on MC's part and some behavioral issues on Haleigh's, to set off a 17 year old exhausted from a 3 day binge. Particularly one who didn't want to babysit and on HER b-day no less! .

Not that I disagree with what you wrote, I just want to note that it wasn't Misty's birthday when Haleigh went missing, thinking someone could get the wrong idea from the above. Haleigh disappeared 2/9 or 2/10, Misty's birthday is in December, 12/9 iirc.

No biggie - It's a wonder any of us can keep anything straight in this case especially regarding where each of the players live considering the rate they move and/or are in & out of jail! :crazy:

Anyone who would break into people's houses and take things like a blender, golf cart battery, sponges, dish soap, etc. is really strange. Especially if at least one of the people robbed is in there asleep. That's not the typical thief.

I thought it was referenced that Timmy has a past of breaking in and stealing, we know Tommy does, Im not sure if someone there was getting the bros mixed up, but if thats the way they robbed, then it wouldn't be unsual for them to do the brick trick when getting rid of Haleigh. This sounds and is so horrible to type, but that was the context of what she was saying I believe.

Look, Cousin Joe and the Croslins boys have been my number one suspects from the get go. I am starting to believe that they were Law Enforcement's as well. I always found it very frustrating that the Croslin's seemed to be flying below everyone's radar and no-one wanted to talk about them, I am beginning to wonder if Law Enforcement wanted to keep them off people's radar for a reason. I think there are lots of suspicions but no evidence. JMO

I realize that this is from 2004 but I do believe this is the same area that I am being told "The Lane" is located at. The locals I have talked to laugh and say that the prostitution and drug deals are happening right under LE's noses there. They say "The Lane" is right around the corner from LE. Hope this helps.

Law Enforcement never cleared Joe or anyone in Haleigh's case. Law Enforcement will absolutely tell everyone that a theory is bunk just to keep the perpetrators from getting nervous that they will be found out.

Interesting that Timmy is counseling his brother Tommy about burglaries in the jail visits and calls we have heard, telling him not to worry, he(TiC) got out of going to jail in Virginia, I have very strong suspicions that there are a trail of burglaries in the wake of this family.

I tend to agree with your recent guest that RC is victim of foul play, and also could be charged with obstructing LE's investigation. I think she called it a "conspiracy" charge. When he said "I'd give my life for my child." I believe him, and that's exactly what's happening, because he's going away to a dark place. What a mess.
