Maybe this topic is off limits, but I'm confused as to what AH wouldn't discuss because Misty was underage when HaLeigh disappeared. Is Art implying Misty revealed during this LDT that joe made inappropriate advances towards her when she woke up and saw him standing over her or is AH referring to Misty's previous allegations that both Joe and Tommy molested her?

During a jailhouse conversation with her father, Hank Sr said he didn't believe Misty and since Misty sent him a letter telling what she knows, he must have been expressing his opinion about what she said in this letter.

Emeralgem, I've suspected Ron was involved in HaLeigh's disappearance many times throughout this investigation but because I believed Ron wouldn't have the courage to tell the truth to anyone, I didn't think TN was actively involved in a cover-up for her son; now I am beginning to think "outside the box".

My husband has been out of town for the last week, so this morning I was catching him up on the latest news about Misty and the LDT. Then I told him what Pat Brown had to say about Ronald. My husband does not get into this like I do, and you could have blown me over when he made this point! He said it had always struck him as strange, that Ronald claimed when he got home, Misty was waiting on him at the front door. Ronald knew something was wrong, because Misty was always in bed when he came home from work on this shift. My husband said, if this statement is true, why did he buy her peanuts and beer on the way home? Why buy beer for someone that is sleeping? I thought that was a great catch on my husband's part!

1. She might wake up when he comes home. This is not untypical; I always get up if my husband comes home late and he wakes up for me.
2. He might have been "shopping" for the next day's beer and peanuts.
3. She may be so lazy that he was surprised she was upright at that hour. Physiologically, she's still a teenager and needs 9-12 hours of sleep per night.

What struck me about that whole scene wasn't that MC was waiting up or that he was surprised she was up -- it's when he asked why and she simply said "the back doors open and yer daughters gone". Seems to me she should have been frantic at this point if she really thought Haleigh was missing. But then his response of "Why are you calling me then? You need to call 911" seems odd, too. It wasn't "What are you talking about?", "Where did you look for her?", "How long has she been gone?". And then he didn't run around looking for her or calling her name. So, *IF* this happened as they claim, why wasn't MC more shocked or frantic about Haleigh being gone and why did RC not attempt to get any info from MC or attempt to find Haleigh in the mh or neighborhood?

My comment goes toward inconsistent statements made by Ronald. I'd be all over Ronald on that one, if I were LE. He was in a frenzy to reach Misty during his work hours, then all of a sudden he takes the time to buy beer and peanuts for the two of them. Sounds even stranger if he says it was for the next day. Go on home and check on Misty and your kids.........buy beer and peanuts tomorrow!

I must say I can see why Joy Wray has not been contacted by Casey's attorneys to be a witness. This woman sounds as though she can't possibly be sober or drug free. I can now understand the remarks I've heard about her not being very credible. Wow!

Thank you Levi for allowing Pat Brown to ask Art Harris about how Ron got "cleared". I'm glad that I finally got to hear that Ron really hasn't been "cleared". Great conversation on this subject.

I'm a firm believer that they need to start putting the squeeze on Teresa Neves and GGM Sykes. Make them both take polygraphs and see if they can clear themselves so we can start to oliminate folks in this case. Bebt a dollar that neither of them can pass and if they can't then you know that the whole lot of them were involved in the cover up of what happened to Haleigh but at least we could narrow the focus of who they are. I think they should bring in NayNay and Missy also and give them a polygraph because more than likely those two also know what happened. If they can't pass the polygraph then LE knows who to put the squeeze on.

LOL, Snowbunny, Missy has already failed three Polygraphs and one Layered Voice Analysis. I'm all for putting Teresa and Sykes through polys. I think the results could go a long way in solving this case.

Also, during the 911 tape, you can hear him looking for "something" he can't find it and asks MC "where it is" she says " I don't know what'd you do with it" If my memory serves me right this is what I heard. Listen to the 911 tapes. Just another looking for something other than his daughter. :banghead:

rc stopped to buy himself beer, I don't doubt that at all. I also don't believe that misty was always asleep when he arrived...poo!

These two slept all day and stayed up all night. You can take that to the bank. Poor jr and Haleigh...

rc consistently goes out of his way to make people believe he ran his home like the Waltons. He had Misty state she always puts the kids to bed at 8:00pm...What a Crock!
