But how did talk him into posing nude in the shower? :whoosh:

I think Travis thought she had left and was taking a shower. He may not have known she was taking the first pictures. The fear in his face in that last picture is when he saw her with the gun or knife and knew what was going to happen.

I still don't understand why she tampered with the license plates. Going to that trouble, why not change them with the plates from another car? Turning it upside down was a taunt. Kind of like a big raspberry.

What was the point?

also think about this:

Nurmi and Wilmott have billed $838,000 for JAs defense

JM makes a salary (let's just guess $200,000) and he is handling other cases too!

As of 2009 records, JM was making much less than that ...

Speculation is that it was done so she would hopefully be pulled over outside of Arizona to correspond with her alibi of going to see Ryan Burns.

I am waiting for the Bombshell..So isn't it true that you Dr. and the defendant had anal sex!! OMG

I get a disturbing, yet funny, image of them doing that through the glass partition, about waist high, that he described. :laughcry:

As with anything JA, more is more. She just adds things to the equation just to make a convoluted mess. You have no idea why, no idea who...nothing. Its just more 'fluff' to say hey , everyone is against me even the skaters. More than likely, she did it just because she thought that if she was seen no one would be able to get the number off the license plate. Premeditation.

Why she did it? Other than more is best with JA, I have no idea why she even would have thought of it!

Jodi's lack of remorse, and her claims about Travis keep me awake at night.
Can I ask you all- do you think Jodi wishes this had never happened, that she could turn back time, if only because she was caught, and now has to face the consequences?

I think grodi is glad she murderedTravis. - i think she relives the savage murder in her head with glee that she took him out because he dared not to love her, how dare him want to move on to other women. I believe that she enjoyed torturing him before she finally put an end to his life. How dare Travis not love her!

I imagine she is pissed that she didn't do a better job of cleaning up the crime scene. I also think she believes that no jury will convict her and that she has to go through with this "charade" of a trial so she can be free to "move on" with her life.

I totally agree. Jodi was dressed to travel NOT take consensual nude shower pics of Travis.

He had no problem offering her therapy and sympathy in the form of buying her a self help book because @ 250$ an hour, he was well aware that he was hired to be on Team Arias and accepted the offer. He was there to write a report the defense team specifically asked for, not to evaluate her from a non-biased professional standpoint. It was a scam from the get go.

Definitely a scam... That's why I refer to him as Scamuels... He's pathetic and an embarrassment to his profession!

Can the cameras that scan license plates read an upside down one? I don't know, but maybe she was thinking of traffic cameras in the area.

Okay. Having watched the jury questions and JM's fiery little cross yesterday I feel very good about where this is going. I think most of the questions were great. There were a couple that I feel were asked out of curiosity. JM still has rebuttal and closing. I know the 12 jurors that make it to the final round will find Arias guilty of first-degree murder.

I hope JM can start his rebuttal next week. Might not happen but we can hope!

I have the same thoughts. I have to wonder if she left and came back and he was already in the shower. I think he may have stripped the bed and threw it in the washer and got into the shower. I wonder if all the poses were forced @ gunpoint whiles she spewed her anger and hatred at him. He doesn't look relaxed or like he is having a good time in any of them. He looks annoyed for some reason to me and then at the end very afraid.

I agree with you completely about cross examining Jodi. I think that that was appropriate. I was speaking more about his treatment of our unesteemed psychologist. It should be interesting to see how he is with the next professional.

I think Juan questions witnesses according to what evidence he has. I believe he had plenty of evidence that Dr. Samuels had sympathy for JA. I also think he found much of his testing as questionable, in short he thought he's lying. From what I've seen from Juan, if thought to be a liar.....watch out cause you're gonna get a spanking from him.

This diagnostic assertion is ludicrous on face-value because PTSD and the claim of not remembering a traumatic event are mutually exclusive.

In fact, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder applies when a person remembers too much of a trauma. Intrusive thoughts and recollections (flashbacks) of the incident are played over and over in the victim's mind. Recurrent nightmares awaken the person in a state of terror. In essence, the signs and symptoms of PTSD preclude the person from being unable to remember the trauma. The disorder involves "over-remembering" the event.

In addition, for PTSD to be properly diagnosed, the victim must experience the trauma with fear of imminent death or threat of severe harm to self or others. Stressors which may evoke the disorder include forcible rapes; violent muggings; wartime combat; witnessing others being killed, maimed or tortured; tsunamis; plane crashes; and similar horrific occurrences.

i know i'm a broken record about this, but i'm still steamed about the story RS just stuck in there about this incident when JA was 13 where someone held a knife to her throat. and he said THAT could be the assault by a stranger she was talking about on the test----in other words, maybe she WASN'T lying and going with the intruders story, but it was THIS incident she was referring to.

why didn't this register with the jury? wilmott just tossed it in there, RS acted like it was old news and they just went on. there's no re-cross so JM couldn't ask him about it.

so why didn't anyone ask about this?

I've changed my nickname for him from Gus senior to Arias junior. He is so much like the defendant! I cannot believe how defiant he was! If he is really impartial then he would answer the prosecutor's questions in a straight and calm manner.

Getting angry, flustered and using every opportunity to defend Arias' lies is so pathetic it's laughable. Jury will completely ignore his testimony during deliberations.

One down. Another to go. DV expert! You're next! Good luck facing Juan Martinez!

I think she put on another plate at some point and in her haste to replace the real plate, she put it on upside down.

My sister-in-law said that she thought Juan was ' too rude.' She hasn't really followed the trial, but has seen snippets on TV. And her husband, my brother is an attorney.

So I asked her, what if your daughter was raped...would you think the prosecutor was 'too rude' to the defendant then? She changed her position when she thought of Travis's family.

It does! What is she, obsessed with Travis' family now? Or another way to thumb her nose at Travis by making money off his family?

I hope a lawsuit gets filed like they did to OJ, hopefully they can include her family members.

Dr. Fog has a tendency to just throw things out there, like that. Like when he said that he could have just added to his notes himself that she said her legs were bound. What the??? How in the world do we know which notes to trust and not trust then? You know, if you are going around adding stuff to it.

Remember Doc Samuels testified that JA did not have nightmares?

Rut-roh.

ETA: PTSD symptom:

Recurrent nightmares awaken the person in a state of terror.
