Heck maybe SHE "hacked" his computer and changed them herself!

That would tick him off...
Hence the nasty message from him to her...
The stolen gun...
suntan lotion...

speaking of "hacking" Travis' computer, Jodi usually doesn't say anything unless it is a lie or a tidbit to flaunt in someone's face or excuse.

She made comments several times about Travis' computer having a virus and the little bugs eating the screen or something like that. I've had blue screen before or my anti-virus pop up and tell me I've got a virus....never little bugs "eating" the screen, so to speak. Jodi commented it looked cute. Did she mess his computer up on purpose?

How do the two bottles of face wash fit into this? Don't get me wrong. I think you're right, but the face wash has me stumped.

Maybe Jodi anticipated "generous facials" in Mexico?

I've wondered if the "facial cleansers" were actually 2 boxes of facial wash sheets, fairly sturdy disposable wet cloths for continuing the post-murder cleanup as she drove to SLC. Walmart sells the Olay brand for ~ the cost of reg. face wash.

Well, look at it this way. JM is responsible for expressing the outrage of the entire state of Arizona. Feldman was just trying to get his 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 client off.

Absolutely! I am ENJOYING the way he rips in to people who righteously deserve it. I'm glad that, at this point in his career, he probably won't go to the other side and become a criminal attorney. I'd sure hate to be interrogated by him!:what:

No, she bought 2 bottles of face wash, too.

Well, in that case she was still ?

planning for a trip 1 week at TA's
1 week with TA in Cancun.
another week/month/year at TA's :dunno:

She said she didn't have enough room in her trunk for another gas can.
Sounds like she packed a lot... maybe?

I am thinking it was a MARRY ME/ take me back
/let me live here or else trip.

And now JA has Scamming Dr Sam to thank for placing the location of the knife IN THE BEDROOM. He testified that JA told him that Travis last had the knife in he bedroom when he was cutting the ropes off her hands and feet!!

So this means that JA had 62 seconds to take Travis from a seated position in the shower in the last photo and regardless the sequence of events, according to her, drop the camera, have Travis become enraged and lean half-in, half-out of the shower and pick her up and bodyslam her onto the tile floor. The bodyslamming results in JA having the wind knocked out of her and slamming her head on the tile floor and sustaining a shoulder injury but although Travis was allegedly standing over her, coming after her in a menacing, deadly manner, she was able to recover immediately, perform a quick gymnastic roll away and spritely sprint away.

She then traveled down the hallway, not knowing whether Travis was following her or not and instead of running down the stairs and out of the house to escape her naked, wet attacker, she chose instead to dart into the closet and slam the door behind her. Suddenly remembering the location of a gun she swore did not exist, climb up the shelves to retieve the weapon and turn to run into the bathroom and assume the shooter position.

Meanwhile, Travis supposedly comes through the slammed door, chasing her down like a linebacker into the bathroom where he grabs her around her waist. At this point, with her arms outstretched and holding the gun with both hands, she fires, striking Travis in the head. JA then claims he "really got pissed off" and tackled her, knocking her down and getting on top of her as her grabbed at her, screaming "F-ing kill you b*tch" and she nimbly wriggles away and runs.

The part she "doesn't remember" but we know happened is that she the went to the bedroom and got the knife (or wherever it was), stabbed Travis 27 times as he struggled to his feet at the sink and then crawled on all fours down the hall trying to escape, with JA stabbing him in the back. Finally at the end of the hallway she inflicts the most horrific injury, practically decapitating him.

After this, she drags his body back down the hall to the bathroom (where the next pic was taken of her foot/his shoulder) and stuffs him into the shower when the final pic was taken SIXTY TWO SECONDS later.

Think about it, in that time frame, with that number of woulds, NOT considering any other factors, she would have to inflict a wound every two seconds during that time. She was in an absolte murderous, frenzied rage to be able to carry out all of that horror in just over one minute!

She is so evil, you can see it clearly in her dead, cold, black shark eyes. If only she *was* literally cold and dead. Patience, patience, patience.....

The final pic (5:33:32) was taken SEVENTY SIX seconds after the previous pic (5:32:16), a minute and 16 seconds, after the previous SIXTY TWO seconds where she can be seen dragging TA's bleeding body. Wouldn't she have to have been moving in the opposite direction from the previous pic? I mean how could the camera show her moving past it twice from the same direction? No blood was found in the closet or the master bedroom so imo she couldn't have gone around that way. Was she just exiting the bathroom after placing TA's body in the shower? If so, the image in the last pic looks like the closeup of a shoe, moving away from the bathroom. MOO

There was 44 seconds between the last pic of TA alive, seated at 5:30:30, and the ceiling pic at 5:31:14. All told, there was just 3 minutes 2 seconds (182 seconds) between the last photo of TA alive and JA leaving the bathroom hall.

Wouldn't you think the prosecution would know EXACTLY what she bought at each location? It doesn't seem like it would be that hard to find out. So why don't they just tell us??? :banghead:

Sounds like the almost perfect crime to me.

BBM

OK that changes things a bit for me ...

April: Travis changes tickets from Jodi to Mimi.
May 10: Phone call getting Travis to discuss sex and records it.
May (before 26th): Creates fake email account and emails Travis to say Mimi was seen in compromising situation with a male.
May 26: Travis texts to Jodi about the above, he knows she's lying (stay out of my life etc).
May 28: Theft of gun

Countdown to a murder ....

Question 10 is also a symptom of normal aging and of menopause :floorlaugh:

I would always answer the sleep one NOW with very rarely having trouble, but that's because I take Ambien. No problem! Sleep-eating? Yeah, that IS a problem (so is awake-eating). There are many, MANY reasons having nothing to do with mental health that could cause someone to have sleep problems.

And some people are just plain cranky.

I'm not feeling well so I watched today's testimony archived on Youtube. Here are some observations I made:

Some of the juror questions make me believe that there are jurors who are buying the BS Gus Jr. is selling, and it aint a prepaid legal card.

Some of the juror questions make me believe that there are jurors who have Jodi nailed as exactly what she is.

Those two thoughts lead me to believe that it will be a lengthy deliberation.

I think some jurors believe that he deliberately changed the numbers on Jodi's tests and others don't. One thing that bothers me is that JM never mentioned whether it made the score better or worse for Jodi.

I think the defense did a much better job of rehabilitating Gus Jr. with the jury questions and Wilmotts recross. JM did his usual good job of cross, but I don't think he did much new damage. He does however have three days to prepare some more questions.

I've heard that Gus Jr. sent Jodi greeting cards, but I don't recall that ever being said. I think it would have come up in jury questions. Does anyone have a link to it?

Personally, I think that Gus Jr. fell under the spell that JA seems to have over men for a little while. I think he tailored some of her tests in order to make her look better.

All JMO

Steely!!!! We missed you yesterday!!! And all your humorous posts! Please feel better and get lots of rest!

I agree with all of your assessments except that this will be a lengthy deliberation. I think there are very few of the jurors who buy this stuff. But I agree that there is at least one who at best isn't as skeptical as the others. Let's hope that/those juror(s) are selected as an alternate.

imho: This stunningly awful and outrageous 'expert' for the defense is nailing Jodi Arias' coffin shut on her. I also wonder, due to his conduct in this case alone, how many complaints to his governing boards have already been made.

Stupidity and bad choices are not reasons to report a professional to the governing board. Although Samuels is a total embarrassment to the profession and a total clown it is doubtful that he did anything that would jeopardize his license. Samuels is clever in that he has tapped into a market niche where he can sell his dubious opinions for a fee within the community of legal defense.

It is likely that the demand for Samuels particular services will grow.
Only in America!!!!

I apologize if this has been dealt with here, but I've been wondering about this.
I am still not sure if the gunshot came first or last, but I heard one forensic investigator throw out the possibility that the reason JA butchered TA was because the gun jammed and she needed to finish the job. He said that the only reason TA only had one gunshot wound was because she wasn't able to continue firing. Once he was hit and the gun jammed she freaked and grabbed the knife. Now how or where the knife came in I am totally confused. No matter how hard I try I cannot settle on one scenario for any of this. And as for premeditation, in the state of AZ, what time frame applies to premeditation? I have wondered if she didn't take Gramps' gun with her to threaten to kill herself in front of TA. His friend have said that many times when TA wanted to end it with her, she would play the 'kill myself card'. If he would have gone along with her plan, he would be alive. He stuck to his plan to be rid of her in his life and she killed him.

I know that's all circumstantial, but if I were a juror, I would have a hard time seeing this timeline and vote for anything other than murder 1.

Maybe Juan knows Jodi was originally supposed to go to Cancun and it's coming out in rebuttal or closing.[/
Ok
