Okay, I just read this. I think I know what's going on. During a pre-trial hearing it was ruled that he couldn't say Hernandez was the shooter during the trial, but I think the prosecution is maybe planning on playing the audio from when Sanches first talked with the police describing Hernandez as the shooter.

He may have very well described Aaron Hernandez.. but that was way back in 2012.. He didn't name Hernandez..otherwise Hernandez would have been brought n for questioning at the very least.

This is going to be a bombshell for defence as apparently this witness never actually saw Aaron at the bar or interactions. So what he describes back then is what he recalled..and I'm sure his visual was seared into his memory! He didn't know him at all.. so description that describes him and vehicle ( later found in BY abandoned ) is what it is. At the time it did NOT Help in solving this crime one bit!!

Bradley too will be able to corroborate the fact that this SUV was there etc.

Many want to discount Bradley's testimony .. but I can't help but recall hearing the similar comments during Rae Carruth's Trial,> when Van Brett Watkins testified. VBW was one of Rae's **** friends who carried out the murder of Rae's pregnant girlfriend, Cherica Adams!

I think we're on the same page LyndyLoo. That's why the defense ran down to SJC, as they had a feeling this was coming up and had to stop his testimony. That's why AH was so sullen after the decision from the SJC. Darn, I have an appointment in the later morning and may miss some of this!

Bradley will be challenging to get through, but I do think the prosecution has worked with him enough and will be able to re-direct him back after the defense. He will also be sitting there with only one eye too as AH shot him also & left him for dead.

Yep, I could tell right away that he was under the influence of something -- and I alsothought meth, or he is missing his hit and is irritated. He surely acted as if he didn't want to be there. Not the most upstanding citizen, IMO. Rolling his eyes and giving garbled answers, twisting around up there, and just generally not giving a rip about all this stuff. They'll have lots of grooming to do... I would be nervous, nervous if he were my main witness.

I just got in and they are on lunch break, so I took a look at the tweets. They did play that recorded interview. I feel bad for this witness. He was in the middle of being shot at, his friends died. Now he has to testify in court. His English has improved over these five years, but there is still that comprehension barrier which I'm sure increases under pressure. He really doesn't like Baez.

It probably was Bradley and Hernandez they were pointing out, hard to tell on that video. Sanches first language is not English, so I think his delay in answering stuff is a compression problem and wouldn't think anything more of it. There didn't appear to be any altercation between the two, other than spilling a drink on AH (the prosecution says).

I don't think it has been proven there was no spilled drink incident. All we saw so far was the bouncers testimony and the video of SOME of the time they were there.
I think Bradley might have an answer for when and where the drink incident happened. There was no altercation or loud backlash---at the time. JMO
