Law & Crime used to have a Twitter feature that will alert you to a verdict, maybe someone here can link you to how to add it (I never used it myself).
I think I used that in the only other trial I followed with Jennifer Dulos. I've since deleted Twitter X and FB but thanks!

Thank you. Was the rug discarded before his multiple murder aisle cleanup trips?

We know he went TO a dumpster before the shopping trips.

He didn't have his tools yet so presumably he wasn't getting rid of her yet.

So we're back to sudden unexplained bloody death....

Something was. He went to the dumpster behind the liquor store before going for his dismemberment/cleaning supplies shopping spree. What was in that garbage bag(s)?

My guess is the towels and bath mats he used to stop the bleeding.

The ones he replaced at his TJ Maxx trip

I can imagine him using the bath mats under her body and towels on her wounded area.

Move body to the basement with the child locked door and improvise with kitchen trash bags to protect the floor until he could make his shopping list and get the better supplies.

He would have had to addressed the rug that early evening also - wouldn't want the kids seeing it. I think it went in the basement until he had time to cut it up.

Personally I think he got rid of it later as he was too busy searching what to do so it wouldn't look like he did what he did.

He didn't get any sleep that night did he.

I bet he rolled her up in the rug.

So far they are set for the am.

Do you, or any of you, know of any 'verdict reached' apps that I can utilize for tomorrow?

The Law Nerd app will do so for this case! Emily D. Baker on YouTube is doing commentary on this case, and they send out alerts while Emily is live streaming trials.

12/11/25 Thursday, Trial Day 9: Walshe will not be testifying in his behalf. Defense calls no witnesses & rests.
*Judge has ruled jury will NOT hear about the charges Walshe plead guilty to. Jury has been sent home. The Judge talked with attorneys about "charging documents" the jury will receive when deliberating. Judge & attorneys went over jury instructions. Judge upholds that the CW can say there is no evidence of sudden death & that the circumstantial evidence suggests homicide. Adjourned until 8:45 am, to resolve any final adjustments to the jury instructions. Also possibly his clothes, which if they were to replace a likeness of clothes he was wearing when Gem was there, including pants and a belt (because of a photograph taken and sent to Fastow), could suggest he was still dressed and not ready for bed when he murdered Ana.

I think the fact he told Gem that evening that he had lost his phone shows premeditation.

I also think the late dismemberment planning may have been because of her injuries, which would be apparent if her intact body was found. I don't think he'd planned ahead on the blood clean up. Just my preliminary thoughts on it.
