GUILTY MA - Ana Walshe, 39, allegedly left home, may have been dismembered, Cohasset, Jan 2023 *husband indicted* #4

  • #2,701
AW had a lot of time away for reflection. I think she genuinely thought BW was a good dad. Good enough. Where would they be if he hadn't gotten mixed up in fraud? That's a question with no answer because BW IMO is a fraud. Business, inheritance, marriage -- he's a fraud.

AW stood by him, even after his arrest. I think it was a big unknown. Had BW acknowledged and addressed it, with his family's needs at the fore, this would have ended differently IMO. But BW wasn't interested in his family's needs. BW was interested in BW's needs. In fact, it was BW who was delaying the trial. Unwilling to do jail time. AW wanted him to plead guilty, serve his sentence. Maybe she would have stayed married for that finite time. No more GPS, no more dual households. But that all presupposes BW become someone he's not. He did not care that his wife and children were SUFFERING because of his criminal enterprise and trial thereof, including but not limited to his home detention.

Researching Porsches and reserving a NYD table point shows what a charlatan he was. More fraud. We're in a financial mess because of me, I'm on home detention because of me, we haven't been intimate in a year because of me, I'm dragging out my court case indefinitely, I'm disrupting the family, destroying my marriage but let me flash you some shiny stuff, are you mesmerized by my shimmery charm? She wanted character (accountability, ownership, correction), he wanted effortless.

He didn't want to be an attentive, present father or husband. They were all just tools in his scamtool box.

Even AW's salary jump. Dollar signs in his own eyes. Corporate life insurance? Probably signed right into her contract.

CW was right. BW didn't just want AW dead, he needed her dead.

No divorce. No losing the children (no love lost but they were serving as the basis for his house arrest) and no financial hit. In fact, opposite of that. Huge financial reason TO kill her. And then he'd have money for restitution and could get on with his scammy ways.

Well, after Monday, he can enjoy his allowance from Mother. Commissary Larry.

The gambler, an all around loser.

JMO

He needed her dead

Truly.

WAIT

why WAS brian researching divorce on 12/27?????

and WF on the 12/29.

Brian didn't want to divorce AW

He NEEDED her.

Was that part of his plan? Part of the gone girl plan?

One wonders. The FDulos murder was in the news. Maybe he was aware.

I think he intended to kill her at some point on NYE. Fully intended CLEAN murder. Maybe he would have staged it... or maybe he would have disposed of her on one of his approved outings. No blood anywhere. No tools. No clean up.

Then play dumb. Dunno where she went.

Would have made for a really hard case to prosecute.

IMO AW had one chance to tell the universe she didn't die willingly and fought like bloody hell to make it known that she was attacked at home.

Her blood on the rug and slippers attest to that. Her silent witness.

May it put him away for life.

I feel like the jurors will get it right. He’s heinous. Watching the surveillance video of that monster taking his child to buy items to dismember their mother and clean up after was chilling.

How large was their place? Square footage? How could the children not hear the struggle and what happened that night?

I think he tried to choke or strangle her and she fought back. Perhaps she ran and got the knife to defend herself, and he wrestled it out of her hands. It was premeditated. Every time he stabbed her or hit her, in my theory, he had time to stop and get help.

I think he was thinking about himself, he always did.

He was afraid Ana was going to divorce HIM

I think that is what those searches were for. IMO

That's why he included about D.C. in the divorce search.

She had more than likely qualified for resident status by that time.

Why didn't the Defense, instead of LAME SUDS, research a sudden death that includes blood letting and clots? Sudden leukemia... at least he could claim a massive nose bleed. But honestly, if they're going to be inventive, why not try for a narrative that accounts for the blood? SUDS is not believable. Nor is the nudge out of bed. That didn't break her necklace or leave the downstairs rug bloody...

JMO

I think he thought that 'nudged and fell out of bed' would account for her "broken teeth" if they'd ever found her remains. I think he hit her in the face/mouth with something and once disabled, strangled or used that knife.

He had to prevent her from waking the children. Anything to silence her while he killed her.

Evil.

This must be the necklace.

The bar was embedded in the rug.

Is this the gucci necklace given to her by her paramour?
I can't seem to find it on any website for sale so idk if this is the right one.

I hope the jury can connect the dots to this being intentionally caused by BW but.... I don't know if 1st degree has been proven beyond the shadow of doubt? Just based in what was shown in the past 9 days..

Did he give it to her? I thought he just verified to LE that she often wore one.

Probably because we research things we are afraid of, as much as things we want.

I wondered if the broken teeth could have come from him pushing her/her falling onto the fireplace in the living room.

I can only hope that none of the children did wake up, because I dread to think what they might have heard if they had

Or what he'd have done, had they heard.

Sunday morning. By this time tomorrow, I predict we'll have a verdict.

Right now, wherever they are, I hope the jurors are somewhere giving not a thought to BW.

And where he is, I hope he can't get the jury off his mind. I hope he fears a guilty verdict.

I hope his greatest fears come true.

He's earned it.

It is often so painful to reflect back............

Just about three years ago.... and we so quickly were able to deduce what most likely had happened to Anna....

And three years later, we still have to look at his ugly mug.

If this doesn't turn out the way it should........... i will just be totally crushed. imo moo jmo.

IMO I think he knew some how , they talked or argued that after the first of the year she was taking the boys to DC. His fraud and stuff was not a good example for their sons.
He knew divorce would land him in jail.

That Ana spoke enthusiastically about sending WF a photo suggests to me that Ana told BW before Cem. BW would not have been surprised, of course, but likely would have pretended to be. Not everyone with a temper blows it, some simmer beneath a veneer of not-angry, plotting for the right moment. Calculated temper. Calculating.

I think BW had already decided there was no way he'd choose or accept divorce. His present freedom and his future ability to continue to scam the world around him -- too intoxicating to give up. And she wasn't responding to his swarmy charms anymore.

Ana was in a great mood that night because IMO I think she thought they had a meeting of the minds. That they could live apart -- divorce calmly. And BW was in a great mood too. Because he had a plan.

And as soon as Cem left. Within minutes IMO.
