Still Missing MA - Ana Walshe, 39, allegedly left home, may have been dismembered, Cohasset, Jan 2023 *husband indicted* #4

Fox news article discussing the similarities between the Walshe and Dulos cases. Why don’t men in this case just get a divorce? Is it really just about money?
Yes MONEY first ( per all the men I have asked) - and its a quick answer from them all about the same age - no need to think it over.
And from my own observation the money answer is tied into their EGO and STATUS in the community.
They don't want a smaller house or less of a car or vacations etc - because of community and peer perception.
Plus being left ...being divorced ...by the women - loss of CONTROL.
So yes MONEY kind of equals all those things to these guys

Who's ready for MA v. Brian Walshe? Opening statements on Monday morning. Moments before jury selection began last week, he pleaded guilty to getting rid of Ana Walsh's body, but we have yet to hear the defense's story of how she died. I'm guessing they are going to say they were in a fight, hit her head (or something), and he panicked. They are going for anything less than premeditated murder. Ana's body has never been found. The state believes Brian Walshe murdered his wife, dismembered her, and distributed her remains in garbage bags at various locations.

In court today for opening statements in the trial of Brian Walshe -- accused of killing/dismembering his wife, Ana, in 2023.

Walshe recently pleaded GUILTY to improper disposal of a body & misleading police.
He will only be tried on first degree murder.

I'm in the courtroom in Massachusetts for the Brian Walshe trial. Set to start any moment. He is accused of killing his wife Ana. What is interesting is he has pled guilty to lying to police and disposing her remains -- so what will the murder defense be?

BW displayed a hard swallow and blinking during opening when the prosecutor was telling the jury of his searches 'can you identify a body with broken teeth'.

Defense attorney Tipton is up. He is saying BW and AW went up to the bedroom for about an hour. He then went downstairs to clean the kitchen. Checked his email and went back upstairs. But Anna was suddenly and unexplainably dead. He nudged her and she rolled off the bed.

Oh geeze.

Sudden unexplained death is the defense.

and that's basically it.

I've never heard of 'Sudden Adult Death Syndrome', and frankly thought that once he plead to dismembering her that they'd have a better opening and 'theory' than this.

He made note of that in the opening. He is going to make the jury think they are stupid because they have never heard of it but it's 'so well' known of in the medical community and it continues to happen although no one knows why.

I'm so sorry, but upon reading that, my brain only saw this meme.

Is that how she broke her teeth, BW? Rolling off the bed? mu5d7u9uu1491.webp
