He could have just divorced her.

Now he gets to enjoy LWOP (my easy prediction).

Senseless absolutely senseless.

I have a bad feeling it will be a hung jury .

If she died naturally, he didn't need to replace living room rugs and bath mats.

I think the closing argument from the Commonwealth will put you at ease.

Judge is talking about the 'consciousness of guilt' instruction.

I find this judge extremely thorough and prepared, as much as she can be

If she died naturally in bed, why were her jacket and boots in his murder disposal bags?

Yes, she covers all the bases, I've seen her in one or two other trials, she's very exacting, I like her quite a lot.

that's what he told LE. that she left for the airport in those clothes.
Defense said in opening. he lied to LE

Love this Judge! I have been so impressed with just everything about her. I did not have high expectations after the KR Trial - Judge Cannone was just awful.

Recess until 10:30 for counsel to review instructions.

He knows he’s cooked. Lawyer knows he’s cooked.

I wonder if the Defence noted that the Jury won’t look at him.

Bye Bye Bri!

Yes, that's what he initially told them, but at trial she was supposed to have died in bed, I can see why he isn't testifying, how would he answer that believably before the jury? He probably doubts he's quite that good of a liar.

On a positive note, we have been spared listening to BW's lies since he won't testify.

I hope so. IMO he killed Ana and the SUD is BS . But thinking as a juror, can I say 100% that he murdered her without a body, an official cause of death and not knowing his pleas .

I wonder how many people went to the courthouse today in case Brian decided to testify

IMHO it's wrong that the jury doesn't know his pleas. Those are relevant to the case!

I thought so too. They should know that he did plea guilty to those counts!

How come there are no articles up? Am I too early - but no it is what - 10am in Massachusetts?

WHY are they doing that?????? The jury needs to see her face, look into her eyes!!!!
I believe the Defense insisted on Ana’s face being blurred in that photo.

It was shown because she is wearing the jacket in it.
THE jacket— the one found in a trash bag from the dumpster.
