I've been following, I'm pissed, I'm worried, and I'm too overwhelmed at this point to be able to eloquently and concisely explain, factually, a retort (not the right word, I know) for the infamous "grave concerns" re: Defense. Would someone mind helping me out? I get flustered trying to have conversations with people [in the flesh]. Below is an example of of what I mean. Pulled from the comment section in the linked article.
"Things are really heating up for Karen Read's defense team—they’ve made some serious missteps. Why didn’t the defense notify the Commonwealth when they received the bill? And why does a printed version of an ARCCA script even exist? This raises valid concerns about potential misconduct on Jackson's part, which, frankly, isn’t all that surprising given his overall demeanor throughout this case."
Prosecutors confirmed in open court Tuesday that the federal investigation into the Karen Read case is closed.

TLDR: What is a factually sound response to those blaming the defense? Thanks
