Again, just as in the first trial, the CW spends it's time on defending witnesses ( Jen McCabe) instead of proving Karen Read is guilty.

IMO, the jurors are again writing " Jen McCabe" down in their notebooks.

Brennan is all over the place with his witnesses.

The defense table looks so bored with this testimony. JMOO

Just saw an interesting comment.

A lot of us think KR did not have anything to do with JOK. So the question, is why was he killed? If he had only been hurt in Albert's home, why not call a paramedic?

Does anyone know if JOK was working on a particular case? In the previous months had he made some enemies?

Was it an accident, or intentional?
I'm sure Boston PD knows but will it ever be revealed is the question?

So it was the PR team for Cellebrite who asked Whiffin to look into the query. Did we know that in the first trial? Kinda strange that he received a zip file to download through the portal for JM’s phone but received a thumb drive in mail for JO’s phone. Wonder if that’s an issue.

suggests, the only reason I could come up with.......

Ok. Trying to understand the cellebrite expert.

Tab opened. A person can do 10 searches in the open tab and it will only record the very last one done in the tab to the database when it is closed. And record it to the original time the tab was first opened. That seems like a failure if it doesn’t actually record the 9 searches done before.

This mumbo jumbo has gone on too long. This judge has even sustained serveral defense objects which is surprising. JMOO

The jurors must be day-dreaming by now.....

I'm not talking about police. I'm talking about the first people there. Karen, Kerry and Jen, and the first responders. No one noticed a disturbance in the snow leading to and away from the body, which would have been noticeable after such a short space of time, if there were any. According to the defence that would be after snow plow guy went past. Tracks still show indentations, where the snow is falling on different levels beneath.
I understand what you are saying and I’ve also thought about tracks, disturbances in the snow - and whether they would be sufficiently covered up in less than 4 hours.

Bored or defeated ?
Looking like “hos long to die in cold” has been put to bed. IMO

Now he has done his own test in his own car and calls that scientific proof. Enough already. JMOO

I’m really trying to understand Whiffin. Why in his examples are the timestamps getting updated when the open tabs are brought back into focus? So taking his PayPal example. Tab opened on 28th. She awakens the tab on 29th and closes it. It timestamps as 29th. So why is her google search time stamped differently? Is the argument that the open tab was already in focus?

Whiffin said something about the phone closing would trigger closure of the tabs. So JM didn’t close her phone all night long?

Isn't it about time for a morning break? Geez

Ever since we learned about the 3 different clocks that cell phones and apps use, I just cannot take any of this seriously as to exact times.

Why would your phone need to? That's really what Google is doing on your account and especially in Chrome IMO

ETA - in any event hopefully this entire theory tentpoled around Green's faulty analysis can now be put to bed.

So the Celebrate guy says it's accurate within a 5 meter radius (15 ft), and yet he's reasonably certain she didn't stop at the driveway but only at the flag. However, Ryan Nagel and his gf saw her stopped closer to the driveway at the mailbox.

I can't understand why anyone still took it seriously after T1 but this makes it official IMO.

He believes the car stopped near the flag pole. Key words, “he believes”.
