I believe the whole "daughter took the dog" misconception started with a post I made yesterday about it, although I clearly stated in my post that it was MOO and deduced by me after watching Trial 1. I never stated anyone testified to it, though.
Even being speculation, it’s the most plausible. Dogs know when there is something going on in their yard, commotion, and what not. They absolutely know when someone enters their house through the front door. Unless Chloe is deaf, she would be going crazy if locked in a closet that morning. All imo. My dogs sleep in beds in kennels and if someone comes to the door they are barking and scratching to be let out. I have a very hard time believing that a German Shepard was in that house that morning.

Does anybody remember what time the FBI agents initially tried to speak with JM? She was outside her house, in or next to her car (?), she told them that she was her sister?
She claimed that they called her afterwards, and she needed ten minutes, then made five phone calls... and brushed her teeth...
JM doesn't strike me as someone who waits to brush her teeth. Look at them, they're chalk white. And, if she had been returning home from somewhere when they approached her, it's even more unbelievable to me that she would go out in public with morning breath and unbrushed teeth.
Just something that occurred to me this morning.
IMO, as always.
She testified she was returning from a soccer game I believe.

Correction! She stated she had just dropped the kids off at school.

Only partially true. I never said it was testified to, that part was assumed or added by the OP.

I heard it before yesterday…. Or maybe deduced that from testimony in T1….
I’m gonna have some TIME on my hands next several days so I’m gonna poke around
I thought I heard Jen say . So ,I have been trying to find it . Even though I believe it to be true and one of the more likely things to have occurred that night . It was one of those she wasnt there to see it things though so it seemed more second hand.

It doesn’t matter what JmC testifies to because she’s allowed to forget it even when presented with her testimony and give whatever new answer she wants moo

It was TB speculation at the time of the last trial. No Albert ever admitted to the Albert daughter and her boyfriend taking the dog to their home in Easton in the middle of the night. In fact, the Alberts initially lied to investigators and said their daugther left the house much earlier (around midnight, I believe, before John arrived) and never mentioned her boyfriend (yet another person who didn't report a body on the lawn) ever coming to the house that night.

I think it's very possible, if not likely, that's exactly what did happen, but it's not in anyone's testimony.
I dont know about TB as I never read /watch him or really any of the bloggers, but you are absolutley correct that was never testified to.
Think about it - if that was testified to that the daughter took the dog home with her that night- why is the D quizzing Jen about where the dog is that morning - does she see it does she hear it etc. If its been established by another witness in the first "proceeding" that the dog was taken by the daughter when she left.

Right, like AJ is basically impeaching her testimony with her prior grand jury and/or T1 testimony and the judge is just allowing her to say “this is how I remember it now” or “I don’t remember” it’s wild!!

Yes to me its pretty clear which" bench" Judge Cannone actually sits on. She should have recused herself. She and Brennan are there IMO to get a win ( not justice, but a win)and support their boss Michael Morrissey who some find to be of questionable integrity. JMO

And having gotten lost trying to get to that home in the first place...did she even know how to get out of that community to get to John's quickly?

And the world wants to know is she(Chloe) dead or alive?

Maybe it's just me and I would say that I'm well mannered, I would never ask the FBI to leave and come back. Who does that?

IMO.

She did say she took them to school, so she may not have brushed her teeth because after all, she's just a normal mom and all, however, that is not the reason she asked them to return in 10 minutes because it's the "kind of made some phone calls" that she really wanted to do.

Right around 3:09, she asks AJ to show her where she called KerR, only to stall so she could think about her answer, and then ... at 3:19, she told the FBI there was nobody else she had called other than KerR and MMc, and then ...
And that was a lie, correct?
JMc: No, it wasn't a lie.
AJ: Was it true?
AJ: Was it the truth or a lie?
JMc: It wasn't a lie.
AJ: Okay, so it was the truth...now you're testifying that is a true statement.
JMc: I can't answer that yes or no.
AJ: You did talk to others ... yes or no.
JMc: Yes I did.
...
AJ: So when you said no ... that would be by definition Ms McCabe, a lie, correct?
JMc: No.
AJ: It's not a lie?Is there a shade of lie I'm not aware of?
...
JMc: If I could explain...it will make more sense to you.
At 3:21:35
JMc: At that moment I said no, yes.
Then at 3:21:48, the judge allows her to finish her answer, and JenMc turns to the jury to say:
JMc: I had said no because... I had just dropped my kids off at school. To be completely honest, I hadn't brushed my teeth...so I kind of made some phone calls.

<modsnip - quoted post was removed>
If he was ever married, it was not mentioned in or outside of court. I think he wasn’t. He definitely gave ‘confirmed bachelor’ vibes. And yes, I think he was in high demand! He was handsome, kind, and a hard worker. KR seemed his logical match in every way. Another hardworking and kind person. I wonder if others felt jealous that KR was the one to get him to ‘settle down’. MOO.

And after lying about her identity and saying she was her sister Nicole initially. Just bizarre behavior.
