She makes herself look so shady playing this game with him.
Jenn for the love of God, just do your best to answer a direct question, use yes or no if he asks you to do that. Why pretend that your current memory is better than it was ?
She definitely come across as having an agenda and her distaste for Karen is palpable.
She has overplayed her hand
IMO
Because the CW’s timeline has shifted and she has to change her previous testimony. Why? Because if KR didn’t kill JOK, someone close to JM did.

JEN LIED TO TROOPER TULLY ABOUT MEETING PROCTOR. She told trooper Tully that she had NEVER met Elizabeth or Michael Proctor before September 2023. It explicitly says this in his report of his interview with her. But we know she met with Proctor just the day after John died.

She denies this and says she doesn’t want to see Tullys report stating she has never met Proctor. So again, Tully was just a horrible investigator? AJ has led her to a rock and a hard place. Are you lying, or was the investigation bungled and we can’t trust anything the investigators claim you - or others - said?

But of course the judge is coming to rescue to help JM evade that line of questioning.

Jackson's line of questioning is not effective.

Imo, he is wasting time. We want to see ADA Brennan (at least I do ;)) If you watch a lot of trials, you want to see great lawyering. ADA Brennan is masterful, articulate, commands the courtroom. The jurors are listening and paying attention when he is speaking.

Jackson is winning the case for the CW. Jurors still remember how often Jackson stated the other day in court I hit him, I hit him....

Gee... moo

Really, it just puts more doubt on the investigation. In this one point either Jen Lying or the Tolley is ,but it justs reflects bad on eveyone except Karen . No reason for either of them to lie ,Jen to him nor him in the report. The lie has no reason for being if Jen isnt hiding something. Or LE

jen's body language isn't so cocky and confident anymore is it? I swear she's shrunk a few inches since she took the stand today!

I think yesterday she felt supported by Judge Cannone on objections whereas today it seems neither the prosecution or Judge Cannone are being heavy handed on the objections

We can’t possibly be watching the same trial. Writing opinion doesn’t make it fact for sure

Now AJ is talking to JM about her phone calls with JOK the night of his death. The calls ranged from 12:14 AM to 12:50 AM.
12:14 - JM calls JOK - answered - call lasts 49 seconds.
12:18:47 - JOK calls JM - answered - call lasts 36 seconds.
12:29:44 - JM calls JOK - answered - call lasted 7 seconds. JM denies THIS call, although she does not deny the other 2.
12:41:10 - JM calls JOK - missed
12:41:59 - JM calls JOK - missed
12:43:19 - JM calls JOK - missed
12:46:16 - JM calls JOK - missed
12:47:52 - JM calls JOK - missed
12:50:47 - JM calls JOK - missed

Why call him SEVEN times? Also, I believe this puts to rest whether or not the call went through, since the record is showing which calls were answered and which were missed. MOO though. So why acknowledge 12:14 and 12:18 but deny the 12:27 call?
