The OP recommended others to watch that particular documentary. My question to the OP asked why they don't recommend to others to simply watch the entire trial, where all information can be gathered as a whole, not cherry-picking individual statements to come to a lopsided conclusion. I think watching the entire trial is the most helpful for others to understand all of the facts. I hope that helps you to understand.

Watching and using docu as a whole is the WRONG approach and misleading as to where thus trial will go.

More importantlly to note, the docu is simply not trial evidence. Each side may bring bits and pieces that they like -- and may ignore ones they don't like -- to the jury. But ONLY what is presented at trial will have any bearing on the verdict.

In addition, both sides have to be careful what they pull from the docu, as there can be a danger that they end up contradicting their own claims as to what happened and when. You can't have it both ways, in the testimony you present as factual, which is of extra concern to the cw as their story has to hold up to being true BARD.

I am sorry but I beg to differ. Google it. There are literally pages and pages of reference articles related to the normality of hair falling out (shedding) with roots attached.

In other words, when the data had the least amount of certainty, he could have been in the house. However, when the gps data had the greatest amount of certainty, he never left the spot where they found him. This proves he was in the house. I am not sure we can have kind of serious discussion about the evidence on this thread if this is how evidence is evaluated.

When you listen to the actual testimony, you find out the so-called high accuracy location was an AREA, not a precise spot, and according to Whiffins own testimony it included most of the house (with an inability to distinguish where within that area was the right spot or movement within the AREA).

I was just responding to a post that stated all hair that is shedded has roots. Totally agree with what you are saying about root bulb. Usually, the bulb is at the end of the root.

This 100%!!! Many people need to realize that guilt or innocence in a court of law doesn't start with a presumption of guilt, i.e. the news told me she's guilty, the DA told me she's guilty, it's just logical that she's guilt. That isn't how it works. How it works is you start with the assumption that this person is innocent and the state, through evidence and testimony, needs to prove to me that she is guilty beyond any reasonable doubt, and there is just so much reasonable doubt in this case, that I don't even feel she needs to put on a defense.

AFAIK, one had ID’d John yet, at least not to him, since he just repeatedly described an ‘unconscious male’. There wasn’t supposed to be a known victim. Why was the location of the victim’s home already in his head?
