And here we go w/Bukhenik....
I'm catching up on the first trial and watched Brian A's testimony.I hope there is an eventual separate trial with just the Alberts /Mccabe clan.
I felt bad when Alli broke down saying her family was being harrassed until she threw in that Colin Albert wasn’t in the house when JOK was there. (She had no idea the amount they tracked everything she did on Life 360.)
(If you missed it its on Law on Crime. Google KR trial and her name).
And here we go w/Bukhenik....
I agree. It doesn't matter when that search was made because the CW must prove JOK was hit by a car, and hit by Karen's car too, since that is what these charges are based upon. When this search was or was not made does not impact my thinking one way or another.
If you watched the first trial you will have heard the ARCCA testimony. The report they issued was sent to the P who then sent it to the D in discovery I believe.
The D chose to use that exact report.
The details ARCCA presented in court were all from that very same report that was sent to the P.
By using science they showed that a vehicle did not cause John's injuries.
How do you suggest John received his injuries @mrjitty ?

I think it was Gallagher who said he decided to recuse Canton PD because of the Albert connectionDid Canton PD decide to step away, or were they recused by another entity from interviewing? Gallagher said recused, YB just said they ‘stepped away’.
Not a gotcha - just genuinely curious.
10-4, thanks!I think it was Gallagher who said he decided to recuse Canton PD because of the Albert connection
My understanding for the reason is because Canton PD is not permitted to investigate murders so the MSP had to take over by law. Still, we can see how Canton PD kept their fingers in the pot for the entire investigation.Did Canton PD decide to step away, or were they recused by another entity from interviewing? Gallagher said recused, YB just said they ‘stepped away’.

Gallagher, in order to minimize his incompetence IMO, said they would never take pictures of a man laying on the ground like JOK was, to protect his dignity essentially. However, they still could have marked it off around his body to illustrate where he was laying. I also think IMO they were trying really hard to minimize the fact that JOK was drunk and that he was on the lawn of another cop, trying to protect their own. I think the pics came after he was declared dead.So they DO know how to take photographs!! YB states members of his team took photos of JOK at the hospital.
And that is just patently false from Gallagher. It is SO normal for photos to be taken of victims at the scene.Gallagher, in order to minimize his incompetence IMO, said they would never take pictures of a man laying on the ground like JOK was, to protect his dignity essentially. Brennan called sidebar. Did YB forget that Karen’s tailight was cracked, not missing? He’s saying that the cover was MISSING from the Lexus when he arrived to Karen’s parents home.Yuri Bukhenik says he is certain he saw a missing red taillight cover on Read's Lexus.
Sidebah.
It is so strange to me that they don’t wear body cams. I assumed that had become pretty standard. Certainly would’ve been helpful here to have some footage of JOK still at the scene. And that is just patently false from Gallagher. It is SO normal for photos to be taken of victims at the scene.
Oh, but they didn’t take a photo of the ‘missing’ tailight cover. Predictably.Brennan called sidebar. Did YB forget that Karen’s tailight was cracked, not missing? He’s saying that the cover was MISSING from the Lexus when he arrived to Karen’s parents home.
