John O'Keefe wanted to break up with KR and he actually had told her previously that their time together was over but she wasnt having it. Usually the abuser needs the control. She’s already invested in him and the kids, whether she loved or cared for them. That’s not relevant. The control is what she needs to maintain.
She’s high maintenance.

When I think back about KR's behavior: She woke the niece on the night John died and asked the niece to contact people to inquire about John’s whereabouts. KR was pacing down the hallway, asking what could’ve happened, maybe I did something, maybe a snowplow hit him, and then she leaves this young girl (niece) all alone to deal with the trauma and the unknown about her uncle. That’s an uncaring extremely narcissistic person.

Anyone that has lived with an abuser knows how the abuser operates. It difficult to get away from an abuser. She was abusing JOK, and most likely he did not disclose this to anyone. Perhaps he never realized what she was doing?

These are my thoughts and opinions. Doesnt make it right, it’s my strong feelings.

Dr. Laura Pettler was the guest on WS last week and talked about this being a domestic violence incident. Well worth a listen.

I totally agree with Dr. Pettler <modsnip>

Except there’s no evidence John wanted to break up. No evidence of abuse. No texts, no friends confirming it, nothing. Just vibes and projection. MOO.

To me the spotless shoe indicates he was knocked out and stayed down due to injuries.

If you google KR and the results include a discussion as to what happened to JOK by the Canton locals.
I also noticed JO's pants had dark grass stains on the butt area like his body went flying and skidded on the grass.

Trooper Bukhenik said earlier: ‘The reason why we pair up is... people could get fired or retire and no longer be able to testify or provide their resource in future".

I have a feeling the CW won’t be calling Proctor…
The CW has Proctor on their witness list and the defense has Proctor and his wife Margaret on their witness list.

So, Bukhenik claims him and Proctor first went to Fairview on February 3rd.

Paul Gallagher placed Proctor there on February 1st.

Michael Morrissey placed Bukhenik and Proctor there on January 29th 2022.

I can’t imagine waking up the niece the way she did. IMO most people try to shield children from such matters until there’s some sort of certainty.

He was loving and affectionate when she entered McCarthy's and came over to him, his arm went right around her, confirmed another couple's testimony that they were both affectionate that night while with them. Truth. The video confirms this, there.

Were there bruises on his butt?
Genuinely curious.
TYIA and IMO.

IIRC didn’t his nephew testify trial 1 that they fought all the time, toward the end, over dumb stuff and he had asked her to leave and she wouldn’t?

I read so many articles that covered the children testimony last trial and that’s what I pieces together IIRC

I hope this time, they allow audio of their testimony.

You did? I did not see that noted in the description of JOK's clothing. <modsnip: unnecessary> IMO

The only damage to John’s lower body was a small bruise on his knee - literally a few centimeters, IIRC.

JOK never ever said he wanted to break up with Karen. According to their texts, he wanted the arguments to stop. Magical thinking. And yet he was the one creating the arguments, also according to texts. JOK seemed like an abusive boyfriend to Karen. She tried to communicate in a reasonable way and his responses were unclear and confusing. He was dragging her downwards and downwards. He failed to act like a responsible boyfriend and didn’t seem to care.
MOO

Or he could’ve been dragged to where he was found. Grass stains happen then, too.

Those texts from the day of are pretty telling that HE seemed to have issues as well. I think they both were playing games at that time. I don't see it as one sided. I said before it's like middle schoolers the way they texted back and forth, her calling, he wouldn't answer, she just wanted a simple answer and instead he just kept it going. Then he comments about her having the plumber coming over instead of him and his dad fixing whatever it was that she had going on. His offhand comment and I can't recall the EXACT wording so I'm going off memory here and it could be off a bit. It was something like I hope he's cute or something like that I found gross. Neither of them was behaving like adults at that point.

Exactly. The desire to see Karen punished is so intense for some that they’ve started filling in the blanks with literal fantasy and emotional projection. None of which would be needed if the CW’s forensic evidence was clear, I will add… MOO

YES
"that taillight was not completely damaged. It was cracked, and a piece was missing. But not completely damaged.”

A PIECE WAS MISSING, not all these pieces being pulled out of evidence bags. JMOO
And on video from meadows....i dont see RED bulbs on the left tail light SUV....so was photo doctored?

I have never in my life witnessed police officers taking photos at the scene of a horrific accident as life saving measures were under way.

IMO

How about the recent discovery of the twins on Bell Mountain? The first responder was arrested because he shared that video with people outside of LE.
