This conversation is so juvenile and odd.
Really what is the point??? From this witness? Wont AJ call BH and he could read them. Yuri is really pretty good at this.

BH needs to let us know if there was any further communication between KR and himself after that last text we saw. He may not of replied due to being stunned and got in touch with others to see what KR meant as they had stopped communicating prior. THIS is what could be said, BUT it is known that BH def was at the Alberts and that he did know. IMO.

I’m not accepting…hook, line and sinker…testimony from witnesses who lied under oath about being paid by defense attorneys who misled the judge about the payments and had about three different stories for how that happened. I totally disagree with the ruling of the judge, who although acknowledging the defense’s bad behavior still allowed the testimony in.
I do not accept people beat a man to death and just carried his body outside and dropped it in the front yard.
I don’t think KR murdered him. I think she accidentally hit him. If she’s found innocent I will still think she hit him, but I’ll accept it and move on with my life.
I’m not ignoring anything.
So the FBI risked their reputation for a fake report because they cared so much about Karen Reed got you.

When KR went to BH's Cape home that night, I suspect they had sex. However, when BH testified last trial, he said he went to KR's home and nothing happened. I don't recall ever hearing about KR going to his home until this trial. Did BH lie about this?
I dont think she ever went to his Cape house. She went to West Rox/Rosy, which is Boston, where he rented a small apt in a woman's house iirc from his testimony last time. She just had the drink and left is what I recall . HIs Cape house is a much longer drive from Newbury St in Boston.(1-2 hrs) JMO

Yes, hence BH was left hanging after all their previous interaction. Feelings were anger and being played and all those kinds of things. Yes, he called JOK out at the Waterfall in anger, he wanted JOK at Alberts, didn't know that he would come over, but had texted him if he was coming, which we have seen. No, KR would def not want to go in I would think, BH knew too much and would he keep it to himself and not make it known to JOK? All clear to see the emotions that were at the surface that night. Very clear. Don't know if BH told BA all this who then gossiped and passed on to wife and in turn to JMC.. things were known, they love this 'stuff'.. appears JMc did know and glad to help things along between BH and JOK and KR and not in a good way. IMO
I know I’m way too invested in this case because I read this pretty fast and understood even with all the initials, without even considering. In most cases I’d be like uhh who is [initials] again?

He asked her 'thoughts', the next day it seemed. I believe they got together and he was asking her thoughts on this, about them, feelings. It was his apartment in W. Roxbury, yes. It meant something to BH and was feeling her out on it. What did this mean I take it he meant. IMO.

He definitely wanted Karen to leave John for him, IMO

Thank you. I thought it was his Cape home since they had been talking about the beach, etc. Do you know if he went to her home, like how I recall his testimony?

Yep he texted her something like ‘Ummm….?’’ When they were all at Waterfall. I assume because Karen and John were doing PDA but who knows

jurors are given instructions on how to evaluate witness testimony. they aren't required to believe all of it. they aren't required to like the witnesses. they aren't required to believe that all witnesses behaved beyond reproach.

what they are trying to determine is if - beyond a reasonable doubt - whether or not KR hit JO with her SUV.
The more I listen, the more I don't think that she did. I believe that JOK and BH fought over her, the dog got involved (probably due to seeing aggression between parties) and the LEOs are trying to save each other's butts.

Court TV is reporting that the jurors are laughing and smirking during this whole text thing.
What a mess.
IMO.
YB should’ve said “yes” when asked if the text thread was flirtatious in nature. But the dude seems reluctant to admit the sky is blue if AJ is the one asking. So, here we are.

THAT'S right. He had texted her , 'hmmm' to that effect. He is seeing her and JOK being together and affectionate as if JOK has NO idea what had transpired of course, and has KR changed her mind regarding himself..saw she did not, not interested any longer, he was wanting to know. The whole thing was a massive recipe for disaster, it always is. IMO

Who lied under oath about being paid by the defense? When did ARCCA get paid by the defense and what, specifically, was the payment for?
Why would a company who makes their $$ by consulting and testifying in court cases risk their entire reputation for Karen Read?
I don’t know what caused Jo’K died (neither does the ME, by the way) but it wasn’t by a vehicle strike. Moo.
Edited to correct spelling.

It's completely false that the ARCCA witnesses lied under oath about being paid by the defense. I have linked to their testimony from trial 1 previously. There are many many accurate explanations in the prior thread that outline the time line of ARCCA's involvement, beginning with their independent findings after commission (and payment for that commission and findings) by DOJ/FBI. On the point I bolded, this is mis-information. Moo

“Wolfe testified during Read’s first trial that he had not been paid by the defense.”

“Wolfe testified during Read’s first trial that he had not been paid by the defense.”

Wolfe told the truth. They were not paid until AFTER trial 1. This really is not difficult to find.

“Wolfe testified during Read’s first trial that he had not been paid by the defense.”

At that point in time (the first trial), they had not been paid by the defense.
So he did not lie.
IMO.
