This is from the Vanity Fair articlevabout the bite:Two women went to the hospital after Chloe and another dog got into a fight, there are records of this. There is no way Chloe died that night IMHO.
This is from the Vanity Fair articlevabout the bite:
The incident that Kevin Albert 'handled' occurred in 2018, as reported by Vanity Fair:
The owner took her dog, covered in blood, to the veterinarian, who told her that Chloe needed to be reported to Animal Control; based on the severity and location of the bite, the vet said, it looked as though Chloe wanted to kill the dog. But when the woman called Canton Police, she was told that Animal Control was out and that police could not tell her when the Animal Control officer would be back. After she left her information with Canton Police, she says that Kevin Albert—Brian’s brother and a Canton cop—contacted the woman’s husband with a message from the then police chief: “How can we make this thing…go away?” (Neither Kevin nor Canton Police responded to VF’s questions.)
There were 2 dog bites, as mentioned in a post above. The 2nd one happened AFTER the incident, in May, I believe. There were 2 women involved in trying to break up the dog fight and both went to the hospital after Chloe bit them. This is from the Vanity Fair articlevabout the bite:

Quote from the linked article -Interesting that in John’s nieces initial interview and even testimony for t1, she never claimed Karen said ‘I hit him’ or anything of the like. That’s new for trial 2. Sadly, seems she has been coached.
Ok, I'll go back an read the whole thing again. There were 2 dog bites, as mentioned in a post above. The 2nd one happened AFTER the incident, in May, I believe. There were 2 women involved in trying to break up the dog fight and both went to the hospital after Chloe bit them.
When I was watching that testimony, I was thinking that the glass and hair would have had to have ‘stuck’ there from 34 Fairview to John’s house, from John’s house to Jen McCabe’s, from Jen McCabe’s house to Dighton, the vehicle was then towed from Dighton to Canton. By 4:00 pm on 1/29, there was a considerable amount of snow on the ground and on her vehicle. I just can’t see how the glass and hair would remain after all the snow and travel. Moo. I’m sorry if this has already been discussed.Alessi is asking how those apparent glass pieces would have ‘rested’ on the bumper after a 30 minute tow. The Lexus had driven to Dighton and then back to Canton.
Correcting myself here - Buhkenik and Proctor were excluded from the tail light DNA mixture.Gallerani testified yesterday that there were 3 DNA profiles, 1 being JOK. Buhkenik and Proctor were swabbed. Interestingly he said that the samples were sent to Bode Technology lab, but I didn’t hear him say they were or were not matches (maybe just out of his scope?). But Berkowitz, Tully, and Kevin Albert were not swabbed. This is all from Gallerani’s testimony yesterday.
ETA: Yeah, I can’t find public info on if those swabs were actually tested…
Also, edited to correct ‘Maureen Hartnett’ to ‘Gallerani’. It’s early, and I have MH on the brain!
Thanks, I misremembered that detail too. They were swabbed but then excluded from the swabbed results. Appreciate the correction.Correcting myself here - Buhkenik and Proctor were excluded from the tail light DNA mixture.
‘Prosecutors also put up DNA analysts, who testified that DNA from a hair sample found on the back of Read’s SUV, the taillight and from Proctor and Bukhenik was tested. Nicholas Bradford, of Bode Technology lab in Virginia, testified there was “strong support” to indicate O’Keefe’s DNA was found and “strong support” that DNA from the two state troopers was not.’![]()
A murderous romance or a frame job? Things to know about Boston's Karen Read murder trial
The trial of a woman accused of striking her Boston police officer boyfriend with her SUV and leaving him for dead in a snowbank has finished its seventh week.apnews.com
That’s why it was so important for Alessi to point out that Berkowitz, Tully, and Kevin Albert weren’t swabbed.
Don’t get messy with Alessi!!!I hope folks are really paying attention to this because we are watching an absolute MASTER at work here with Allessi! My God, it's privilege to get to see this!
I was able to find one article for you that mentions the May 2022 dog attackOk, I'll go back an read the whole thing again.But. I know this particular ordeal happened in 2018. Thanks

I am noticing a ton of sudden I dont remembers and she is starting to sound like the rest of them. How will the CW recover from yesterday's humiliating, disastrous testimony??!!! Mirror images and the ridiculous miracle hair were not the big points the CW thought they were. Alessi isn't even done dismantling Hartnett's lazy work.
