I'm following everyone's posts and appreciate your dedication & your sharing of facts here . & in comparing points from 1st trial with this one. I only followed bits and pieces in first trial , so I missed some things.

Just had a thought, after I watched one of Karen's interviews.

What if John did jump out right away as Karen stopped at the driveway, and John hurried up the driveway...and then entered the front door. BUT Ryan and other passengers did not see anything because cars in the driveway would have blocked the view of John, and driver would have been looking at Karen's car as it pulled up farther. Not looking toward the front door.

Easily could have happen, imo.

Agreed, remember that the other cars driver had flashed their lights even though Karen had right of way already, which show a cautious driver, how would have driven slowly. So there is a possibility that there was time for John to get part way to the house and be obscured by cars.
Hopefully Defence has phone data to prove the gap.

He might have visited some dog, but imo not Chloe....He would not even disclose the name and address of people he "claimed" had her. I think BA covered all his bases. I am almost sure she had microchip. Or did someone destroy that, too. imo

Are we all going to be staring out our day tomorrow by putting a hair on the back of our cars then riding around town to see what hapoens? I’ll admit—I thought about it. Wondering if using some spit or a bit of salt water would be better.

Some months before the murder, while on a trip to Aruba, KR came upon JOK hugging a women in the lobby. KR got mad, and she and the woman had words. At some point, I think the women’s sister got involved too. JOK explained that they were very old friends and he was just saying hello. Later KR apologized to them and paid for dinner, drinks, or some part of their hotel room.

This would make sense... and she would have pulled up seeing the other vehicle pulling up behind her. JMcC did say the car moved.

Anyone remember, did JMcC say anything about seeing both vehicles out front at the same time? Karen's SUV and the truck (sorry, I can't remember everyones names lol the brothers friends truck).

I initially thought Chloe was killed that morning, but didn’t someone post something here earlier which stated she bit someone after JOK was killed?

The whole Chloe testimony is not provable because names are missing on what was presented.

If he admits to planting evidence, I think he could still be charged, maybe obstruction of justice or another charge I can think of right now. So I think he’ll stick to the party line.

Yes. He'd plead the 5th rather than admit to planting evidence.

This is one of the reasons I don't believe Proctor held any fear in 2024 that he was going to be indicted by the FBI. Now that he has been sacked, I wonder if he has any incentive at all to offer testimony that could be used against him, even if actually innocent.

Two women went to the hospital after Chloe and another dog got into a fight, there are records of this. There is no way Chloe died that night IMHO.
