Sounds like every part of John's body is special. Guy is supposed to have been mowed down by a wild, drunken woman in a huge SUV but somehow only has injuries to his head. Now his miracle hair can stick to it like superglue.

A legal question.
If HB calls MP as a witness for the cw, it is my understanding that AJ can cross examine MP about ONLY those items that are covered in MP’s direct testimony.
So, if AJ wants to cover broader territory with MP, can AJ the call MP as a witness for the defense when the defense presents its case?

Also, relationships can be really complicated and have intricacies that a child really can’t comprehend. They don’t have the lived experience that a middle aged adult has and I don’t think they could really describe it. JMO
Definitely. Which the CW darn well knows, but they’ll try anything, as we’ve seen!

MP is on both witness lists, so that appears to be a yes.
And I am SO looking forward to him being on the stand... for the Defense.
With his name being brought up over and over again, the jurors need to see who this mysterious case manager or whatever Yuri called him is all about.
Get your snacks of choice ready! It's going to be crazier than Yuri's time on the stand.
IMO.

I am wondering this - when MP testified last year, he was still a state trooper- I don’t think he had even been suspended. Now of course, he’s a civilian and perhaps a disgruntled ex employee. Will his loyalties still be with the CW? Or maybe now, to get a little payback against his ex employer, he’ll say whatever comes to mind, even if it sinks the prosecution. I’d break out the popcorn for that show.

is it possible that Jon had fallen down in the ice and snow, behind the car before he was hit? maybe he was trying to get up ..but she didn't see or hear anything..loud music etc. she's so jealous and weird, I am really surprised she didn't wait to see him go in and see who came to the door.
by the way, has anyone noticed that people on this site seem to have multiple profiles? maybe it's just me...

mOO
See the BH videos. That was an hour after JOK was supposedly hit and there’s barely a coating on the ground. You can see the entire tire on the cars. So I don’t think there was very much to slip on IMO.

If he admits to planting evidence, I think he could still be charged, maybe obstruction of justice or another charge I can think of right now. So I think he’ll stick to the party line.

Tdoc, true, he will have to stick to the party line, few reasons, one would be that he needs connections in a practical sense, for a job. There are those that def support him and for the wrong reasons. He has no integrity either so there you go.. IMO

Agreed, but, if his testimony is completely different from last time, wouldn't that open him up to perjury charges?
Idk if it is worth it to him to throw everyone, including himself, under the bus. I would sure love to see it, though.
He's a wildcard.
Looking forward to him, Higgins, and Lucky back on the stand, for various reasons.
IMO.

Just had a thought, after I watched one of Karen's interviews.

What if John did jump out right away as Karen stopped at the driveway, and John hurried up the driveway...and then entered the front door. BUT Ryan and other passengers did not see anything because cars in the driveway would have blocked the view of John, and driver would have been looking at Karen's car as it pulled up farther. Not looking toward the front door.

Easily could have happen, imo.

I believe MP plans to appeal his trial board conviction, so I imagine he will be on his best behavior. But I think he will impeach himself because he won't be able to keep his lies straight.

This is what I think happened although I don’t know which door. There are 3 doors. One on the far left has steps, another is around the corner and the third is by the garage.

Like many of you have said, what a breath of fresh air today to see the witness Maureen Hartnett who was not defensive about her work. No excuses. Just the facts. A very professional witness. I also found Trooper Clark to be similar in professionalism. The way a trial should be!
MOO.

In an interview with Karen, she said that right away MP had claimed Karen deleted ring security at Meadows. But, now it has come out Karen did not have access, BUT it was he that had access....so covering his behind to set the stage...to pin it on the girl.

Yow!!!! I had never read this before. If this is a real death certificate then it is a real o.m.g!

First what a disturbing thing to put on a death certificate.

Second, well....when someone is asked, "What happened?" and goes on to explain what didn't happen, we better pay attention.

Back in high-school I took a class that I've never forgotten. Like yestetday, I remember the teacher saying "Any language including a negative (not, isn't, don't, doesn't, wasn't, won't, can't, never, etc.) is immediately elevated in importance above that which is in the positive." Meaning, expect the opposite of what their saying to be the actual truth.

Now look at @TIGER0822 sentence again: A Death certificate lists causes of death, never what did not cause the death. The preliminary one stated something like the 'death was not caused by a fight'! 🫨😡

Where do Karen’s parents live? I’m trying to determine how many miles the hair and glass clung to the Lexus. Thanks.

Correction to my statement. The autopsy report, not the death certificate stated the following re: not being involved in a fight.
Jan. 31, 2022

"An autopsy is conducted by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. "The doctor opined that the extensive injuries to his head likely rendered Mr. O'Keefe incapacitated. The doctor further opined that upon viewing Mr. O'Keefe's injuries and her examination of the body, she observed no signs of Mr. O'Keefe being involved in any type of physical altercation or fight."

Like the CW is going to pursue perjury charges!!! This isn't South Carolina and Murdaugh!

Reason I think it was front door, was that the light was on and he had never been to the house.

And they could have easily lead him to the basement for fight club entertainment. I think there was a physical fight, then Chloe got involved, maybe he might have seriously hurt Chloe, and then someone hit him from behind on the head with a weight. They waited awhile since they did not know if John would die from the blow....but when he did not recover they decided that BH should take him in the jeep and place body later on the lawn. AM took Chloe's poor body to BH at Canton Headquarters, and BH disposed poor dead Chloe.

BH still had his jeep. He never left it at Canton HQs, wy lie about that??

ALL my opinion.
