They were able to retrieve WAY MORE DATA this trial - data that doesn’t help Karen Read
The different clocks /different times have always been an issue

I think Karen’s own Lexus might just sink her - well that and her own statements AND all the physical evidence
IMO

Just an observation on my part, but none of this high technology seems to be definitive in this particular trial. So what will the next time or the one after that be? Or are the experts interpreting it in error. So many doubts and questions about all this. And in the long run, none of it proves JO was hit by the car. Seems to me to be more like distraction and diversion. JMOO

<modsnip - quoted post was removed>

I’m still waiting for a single shred of evidence that points to John OKeefe being murdered in the house
<modsnip>

All imo
Did you see the clip played in court of Karen’s “bartender math”?

As has been stated over and over again, the defense do NOT have to prove that OJO was murdered in the house. They don't even have to prove he was IN the house. The CW still has yet to prove he was killed by a vehicle. Their own ME stated that there was no evidence he was hit by a motor vehicle. Interesting that they are unable to prove their case. Also, proving that she was drunk proves nothing at all. They were all drunk. Her drinking and how drunk she was did not kill him. Her vehicle did not have his blood on it. His head did not have any rocks from the road in it. His head didn't have any grass in it. He didn't have ANY normal signs of being hit by a car. They have NOT proved he was killed by KR.

Could it be that the house was NEVER examined? Then part remodeled....and then sold??
$50 thousand under priced per real estate. Quick sale and that is after they paid a friend to dig up and replace a portion of the cement floor in the basement to start. New bulkhead doors. Extra would want to hold out for the price posted after all that and retiring to boot. IMO

It seems that time can drift to fit the technology 🫣

He didn’t lose his job for planting evidence -
Or some grand conspiracy to frame Karen

IMO
No he just lost is job because he texted he was looking for naked pictures of Karen, called her the C-word which is most vile, and got caught drinking on the job. He's a real stand up guy huh? The kind that would never plant evidence? <modsnip>He is no better than Jeffrey Epstein or Harvey Weinstein. Moo

The prosecution has still not shown how hard plastic carbon fiber tail lights can splinter by coming into contact with human skin. Does not compute. Not just crack, but splinter.

“Yannetti said” isn’t evidence

IMO
Respectfully suggesting that you read the article.
"Your chain of custody at the lab for the two shirts and the plastic, that began on March 14, 2022. So, between Jan 29 and March 14 you don't know what Michael Proctor did with the evidence?" Yannetti said.

"I don't know," Vallier said.

I wonder if ALL of his actions and non actions contributed to this, not that it was listed in his firing, but I cannot imagine it was not, as that would open a whole CAN OF bugs, as trial is still ongoing. The State Police board KNOWS all of this regardless. IMO

He also didn't lose his job until AFTER the last trial and that IMO was about optics during the trial.

IF there is/was/will be an investigation into him planting evidence, I wouldn't expect it until this case is resolved. JMO
An investigation in to Proctor planting evidence should happen but imo, it will never happen.
The repercussions would be too far reaching. He was the Lead Investigator on a ton of cases. A lot of guilty verdicts /plea bargains /pending cases. A very slippery slope.
For instance there is another thread here for Ana Walsh whose husband Brian killed her. That has not gone to trial yet ( I stopped following that case after his arrest) but I am sure the D is all over everything former trooper Proctor touched.

Karen's bartender math was equally as bad as the CW's bartender math.

The point is that it cannot be proven that she drank anything at all prior to returning to 1 Meadows. For all they know she could have been drinking shots of water all night, and then finished the evening with a bottle of vodka after she got back to John's.

Respectfully, IIRC trooper proctor did lose his job in part for questionable behavior and conduct in the investigation of KR and death of JOK. And IIUC that included his saying disparaging things about KR health; making other condescending and disgusting remarks about KR to other colleagues and members of the Canton, MA police; and searching for compromising pictures or images of her on her own private phone.

What horrid behavior IMO. Whether or not evidence was planted is AFAIK not yet known, investigated, or determined. Yet there are several other questionable matters relating to the disgraced, now fired trooper proctor. That includes IIUC evidence collection techniques and labeling items as though Yuri Bukhenik had collected them and labeled when in fact he had not. That was attested to in the first trial by YB. And IIRC may also have been noted in evidence in the second trial. There is that also odd Sallyport inverted video. IMO quite a number of questionable or suspect conduct by a former member of MA law enforcement. MOO

Not just crack, but splinter, AND somehow all fly into the length of his arm at various angles to cause how many cuts and scrapes that look exactly like dog bites and scratches.

Dr Scordi-Bello testified yesterday that there were no penetration wounds, these were superficial abrasions only. She would have noted the depth if there had been a penetrating wound.

from 1.55.43

Just wondering here, how on earth can you have a scrape or cut on your arm but not penetrate the skin? The dog nail scrapes and bites on my arm last year during an attack by two dogs definitely penetrated the skin but could also be described as a scrapes on my arms. I have scars that I will have for the rest of my life but they can still be described as scrapes from the nails and teeth.

Proctor, not the brightest bulb in the chandelier....not the sharpest tool in the shed....haha

Nobody in that text chain seemed shocked or surprised by what he was saying.
It's happened before, I'm sure.
IMO.
