Exactly right! Just like if you want to find your phone and have an app, it will give you a vicinity. If it's at your home, it could be in your car, in the bedroom, in the garage or in the kitchen. It's not going to be greatly helpful when in fact it is under the couch. Vicinity is not proximity. That's why all this tech is considered circumstantial evidence. The data is not foolproof.moo
I catch Ubers pretty regularly and there are times I have to call the driver because location is off. It’s not surprising in any way that gps isn’t precise location.

No grass or debris found in the head wound that killed JOK per medical examiner. No flying through the air and landing on the dirt and grass on the GROUND that caused that head wound. Clean, just a horrifically hard bash to the back of his head from behind in a grass and dirt free environment that impacted his brain and spinal column. Per M.E. testimony. IMO.

This post is making me wonder, in reference to the head wound, if anybody testified as to the angle it must’ve come from. Was it from up above John, straight on, or from below? Surely there are experts that know how to interpret wounds. Was it caused by someone wielding a heavy object, or from falling into a heavy, sharp angled object?

Yeh & they baker’s acted her for a reason. & the reason was NOT genuine concern that she may harm herself. MOO
But it was her dad that made the decision to have her held temporarily. It wasn’t the mcalberts or the police.

Pick me !! Pick Me!!!

I think JOK was somewhere in the White Circled area that Ian Whiffen and Brennan forgot to show the jury. ( But Alessi did )

"Whiffin, who first took the witness stand Monday, was grilled by Read’s legal team on his findings from O’Keefe’s cell phone. Defense attorney Robert Alessi showed the location data from O’Keefe’s iPhone, which was left out of Whiffin’s presentation to the jury the day before.

While on the stand, Whiffin testified he did not believe O’Keefe ever went inside the home, at 34 Fairview Road, owned by Albert at the time. But, under Tuesday’s cross examination, Whiffin acknowledged that O’Keefe’s phone could have been somewhere else.

“The larger white circle covers a substantial amount of the house at 34 Fairview, correct?” Alessi asked.

“Correct,” Whiffin said.

“So, given your testimony on direct yesterday with [special prosecutor Hank] Brennan, the phone of John O’Keefe, according to this depiction, could be anywhere within the largest white circle, correct?” Alessi asked.

“Correct,” Whiffin replied. "

Good one shotgun!

Allegedly Chloe was originally adopted by the Alberts after failing K9 training. She was known to be aggressive and had bitten neighbors and or their dogs.
“Police dogs are often trained to bite and hold the arm or leg of suspects until police catch up. There is some controversy over this technique, especially in cases where dogs hold on longer than necessary.” Police Dog Bites | Police Brutality Center.
Virtually every photo of K9 training on a Google search shows police K9s biting the arm of a “suspect”.
JOK’s arm injuries are exactly the type of injury you would get when attacked by a dog trained to be an LE K9.
In another instance, Bachelor star Sean Lowe published photos of bites on his arm when his own dog suddenly turned on him. These bite marks look eerily similar to the marks on JOK’s arm:
It’s easy to imagine why no one saw or heard Chloe after JOK was found dead on the Albert’s lawn.

I really feel for the snow plow guy. Because they were going to pin it on him until Karen showed up asking if she hit him and Jen realized they could pin it on her...M00

Can you imagine the moment when he actually realized they were going to do this to him. 😔

Very good post. And I HOPE that the Defense shows this as clearly as above.

<modsnip: Quoted post was removed>

Some people are quick to say John wanted to break up. But according to his texts to Karen, he was not considering breaking up with her.
These were the progression of most of John's texts to Karen on Jan 28 2022. For 7 straight hours, he told her he wanted to see her. He wanted her to stay over with him in Canton until at least Monday. He was planning to see her the following week to fix her hot water heater. He never told her he wanted to end their relationship, even after she asked him several times. He just wanted the arguing to miraculously stop, even though it seemed he started the arguments mostly. John was a master at giving Karen mixed messages.

At 1:47:38 (4:50 time on video) What time are you coming here?
At 2:05:30 (4:58) Emoji sign
At 2:32:28 (9:32) Sick of always arguing and fighting. It's been weekly for several months now. So yeh I'm not as quick to jump back into being lovey lovey as you apparently.
At 2:34:03 (10:35) Not into fighting all the time, correct.
At 4:47:16 (18:28) What's your plan?
At 4:50:26 (18:42) So still home?
At 5:02:23 (19:15) So are you staying home or coming here?
At 5:19:42 (22:35) Gonna send Patrick to Colin's tonight. They're picking him up around 7. Mike may hang too when he brings Mad over. So why don't you just come over.
At 5:20:56 (23:12)I just got sober an hour ago.
At 6:33:44 (26:13) Told you to come over but you insisted on meeting me out somewhere.
At 7:06:13 (28:32) We're heading out shortly. What's your plan Karen?
At 7:07:04 (28:45) (To her question if he still wanted her to join him). Yes. Wasn't sure if you were meeting the Currans.
At 7:22:28 (29:42) Text me when you leave...
At 7:25 (30:04) You trying to piss me off?
At 7:26:24 (30:10) Hope your plumber buddy that you texted is hot.
At 7:28:00 (32:00) Just turn it back to where it was and get over here.
At 7:43:10 (33:20) We're taking Mike's car so I'm relying on you for a ride home if he leaves.
At 7:44:36 (34:08) You have a plumber coming over at 8:00 knowing me and Papa could have handled it. Good luck.
At 7:55:00 (34:49) If you need a new water heater, don't let him do it.
At 8:28:30 (37:08) Tell him to leave it, I'll take care of it Sunday or Monday.
At 8:32:00 (38:52) Figured you'd be in Canton til Monday.

Exactly !
It was the visual of JOK's right arm that convinced me in T1 that his injuries did not equal an MVA. Unless KR's Lexus was a secret Transformer with teeth and claws in it. Goodness
The picture of his face convinced me. It was CLEARLY a fight. I’m guessing he fell backwards or was pushed backwards after being punched in the face and then busted his head open on a countertop or whatever- something busted his head open.

I don’t think he was hit with a bat or object on purpose. I think it was a fist fight that went HORRIBLY FATALLY wrong, and they all panicked when after he fell or was pushed backwards his head split open. He likely began convulsing. They freaked and carried him outside from the storm doors and planned to say a snowplow got him while he was drunk.

i believe Chloe’ jumped in during the fist fight part of the yelling that led up to the fist fight.

We have a Great Dane. If the kids PLAY fight, he starts to get protective of his favorite, our 9 year old, and will jump on our 13 year old and growl. He doesn’t bite/ was raised with 5 kids since he was 8 weeks old, but I’m CERTAIN if I was ever attacked or punched, he would go ballistic like mufasa and scar ballistic and bite the perpetrator. He looks like the lion king when he jumps in the air mad.

(I’m his master/trained him — not my husband. My husband likes cats ;) So even if I’m the only one with a raised voice during an argument (99.99% of the time it’s just me raising my voice), he still goes after my husband because I’m his master and main caretaker. By jump on, i mean jump up and put his front paws on my husband’s shoulders. The dog is 6’2 on his hind legs. He will swat at him too like the lion king. He does NOT like it when there’s aggression in voices and automatically assumes he should go after whomever my voice is raised it.

I think this is what happened with Chloe’. German shepherds are more aggressive than Danes. Albert was likely yelling at John and John at whomever was going at him, so Chloe attacked John. Someone may have even said “get him Chloe” to “egg her on”. My 9 year old does that to our 13 year old- will sic the dog on him if they’re fighting. Again, our Dane hasn’t bit anyone, but if there was real violence in the house - especially by a stranger - I’ve no doubt he would.

Wow. Thx for this! I’ve been wondering what dog bites look like.

That's where the Feds come in, hopefully.
I’m flabbergasted by witnesses lying under oath in a courtroom. I get it that a criminal would to save his or her own rear end (plead not guilty when guilty). I mean, they’re criminals. We already know they break laws and don’t follow rules.

But just regular witnesses lying left and right. Why aren’t there consequences?

The fact that they’re so willing to lie (and against their OWN previous sworn recorded word) leads me to believe more and more that THEY are the criminals. It’s just not a good look. Of course innocent until proven guilty - you know with the dna samples and the photos of the scene. Oh wait i forgot no samples or photos in the house taken 😡

While Read's SUV indicates a "trigger event" occurred at 12:31:38, O'Keefe's phone shows he manually locked it at 12:32:09. The prosecution's witness is expected to testify that the phone clock was 21-29 seconds ahead and that the locking of the phone and event logged by the SUV actually occurred at approximately the same time.

5/16/2025
This is just laughable. It screams of desperation. Our phones are all the same/ hence we all get emergency text alerts at the same time.

The defense will show that the car “event” took place while it was in custody anyway.

I don't know who the defense has coming in, but I hope they do have someone come and talk about that. Alessi had the ME point out a "J" near the wound. It literally looks like the letter J. The hook part of the J is about 5-6mm from what I can see, if that makes sense?
(I don't think I should post the pic, but it can be found if you search)

ETA: taking a quick look at their list... looks like a few doctors? not sure if any specialize in patterns like that though.

Very good post. And I HOPE that the Defense shows this as clearly as above.

I was looking at who the defense has on their witness list...
Garret Wing, former LE and K9 trainer.

I am Garret Wing, Founder & Owner of DIYK9 and American Standard Dog Training.

this. We use find my iPhone and 360 when someone loses a phone. Once it showed one we were looking for in the flowerbed right outside my bedroom window, but it was actually about 40ft away (in a room in the house). Another time the apps showed in a different flowerbed, but it was about 60ft away in my car in the dreaded “black hole” on the side of one seat and kind of under another.

My bad, i thought it was police. I’ll delete post. Thx for the correction. Actually, it’s too late for me too. I can’t. Mods will have to. Sorry everyone

Legal people, couldn’t the defense have gotten a court order (or whatever is legally needed) to get DNA swabs of the people in the Albert’s home that night?

We had a serial killer on the loose in the town i attended college during 2001-2003. Derick Todd Lee. & LOTS of guys with white pick up trucks gave DNA samples after Charlotte Murray Pace and several others were found raped and brutally murdered around LSU. Some were taken from their homes around the area and some left in their homes.

Gina Wilson Green was raped and strangled to death in her home directly across the street from the house i was renting. (I started staying at my boyfriend’s apartment further away from campus until i could get out of my lease.)

“After investigators determined that the suspect was most likely a serial killer, responsible for the deaths of Pam Kinamore, Charlotte Murray Pace, and Gina Wilson Green, the theory of a white man in a white truck spread like wildfire and lead to thousands of men getting swabbed.
(Link to article at end of post)

Anyway, if they could swab men simply for owning white pick trucks, then why can’t they get dna samples of every person at the home where someone was found murdered? I need to understand it. It would clear so much up. Why didn’t Jackson ask for this? Is it too late to ask for this?

Hypnosis led to 'white man, white truck' hysteria in Derrick Todd Lee case

I don't think so. The defence has not suggested the Waze data can be wrong. It could be either that Jackson misspoke (his comments are not evidence), or possibly that Ryan texted slightly ahead of arriving outside the house so that his sister could start to get her coat etc ready to leave and say her goodbyes to everyone. All MOO.

Whatever the case, a 12.23 text provides further corroboration John was not in the house climbing steps at 12.21. IMO.

I don't believe for a minute that Jackson would be allowed to use it, if in fact it was not real.

The post was about the OP's belief that timestamps are unreliable.
