No we still do not know when he left!
BA said BH left after 01:00 and closer to 01:30 AM IIRC.
JMc said BH left closer to 01:00 and that she saw his jeep at the mailbox at the same time KR's SUV was parked there.
BH himself stated between 12:30 and 01:00, and he also stated he didn't stay long because they had no whiskey. He also said his jeep was parked at the mailbox.
It's also proven he was at CPS by 01:30.
So, if his jeep was not there as testified by RN and friends, was he already gone when JOK arrived or was he parked somewhere else?
If his jeep was there like JMc testified to, why didn't RN and friends see it since they testified there was no vehicle between them and Karen's car, and they were parked at the driveway.
It's yet another mystery in this case.
MOO
If only he didn't dispose of his phone.

they didn't show us a screenshot ... do you have a link?
Well there are plenty of conversations and links about the screenshots shown in court, and when I look at the texts, to me they seem doctored, i.e. Colin's shows no comma after the year and Allies has a comma. Also, Allie's doesn't change the date when midnight passes, so that's weird. That all said, why in the world is a screenshot allowed as evidence, when everyone know darn well they can be altered pretty easily? JMO

Another DNA analyst up - Karl Miyasako. He works at the Bode lab.
AJ is up. Discussing the differences of autosomal and mitochondrial DNA. As we know, autosomal DNA is a mixture of the father and mothers, and mitochondrial DNA is only inherited from the mother.

So John shares his mitochondrial DNA with his mother and brother. John’s niece and nephew would also share his mitochondrial DNA, because they’re his sisters children (who likely were frequently in Karen’s car). Mr. Miyasako agrees.

AJ is pointing out that it was not determined by KM that the hair analyzed certainly came from John O’Keefe. KM agrees it can only determine maternal lineage.

Sidebar when AJ asks KM if he is telling the jury that the hair came from John.

And who in the family is an IT guy?

AJ is allowed to ask the question. Mr Miyasako is not saying that the hair came from John. He just can’t exclude John. He says it could also be anyone from John’s maternal lineage.

Monday morning random thought: if KR hit JOK with her car so violently that he was flung through the air, the taillight smashed into many pieces scattered across the lawn, also, reversed and gunned it so hard to reach such speed as to propel him and cause him to fall and crack his head open on a lawn and cause multiple scratches on his arm, through his shirt and no one heard a thing? I realize music was playing, but people were looking out the window, people were coming and going, there are neighbors all over, and yet no one heard a thing? No loud crash, no squealing of tires or brakes, no screams, no nothing. Strange.

AJ is strongly suggesting that the hair could be from John’s nephew. Peggy is frowning and shaking her head.

Onto when the hair got to the car. KM, predictably, cannot say anything about when and where the hair became attached to Karen’s Lexus.

So this expert cannot say if the hair came from John O’Keefe. The hair is equally possible to be any maternal relatives (at least from KM’s mitochondrial analysis).

Lots of objections coming. Judge Cannone is sustaining them all. But the point got across.

The screenshot we were discussing was a text message from Julie Nagel to her brother Ryan Nagel. Jen McCabe was asked about it during her testimony, but we never saw a picture of it.

I can't find THAT screenshot anywhere.

The screenshot was found on Jen McCabe's phone. She asked Julie for it so she could add it to her "timeline". It's in her testimony.

I know nothing about Colin and Allie's screenshots lol or what they are supposed to say ;)

Impossible on every rational, scientific front which is why no one heard anything because it just did not happen, side swipe or otherwise. Jmo.
