IDK @waldojabba respectfully, ….. and IANAL. But IMO with the way this was rushed, it needs to remain. CW fought for this, and fought hard. And another key question IMO is whether Brennan will attempt any redirect of this witness?

I so wish more was shown of the judge’s and Brennan’s reactions during all this testimony….. and surely wonder how the jury is taking this all in. SMH. MOO

Alessi is asking about the tech stream event 1162 again. Burgess has seen the slides Welcher has in his report re:1162 through his review of DiSogra’s report.

He’s being asked if he considered Welcher’s slide re: tech stream event 1162 in his response to DiSogra’s presentation. He says yes, he did.

He is asked to read the time that Dr Welcher states infotainment trigger 1162(2) occurred. It says the event occurred between 12:31:38-12:31:43.

Whiffen’s report shows JOK’s phone having a final lock event at 12:32:09. Alessi is now asking Burgess if he knows that the iPhone data reported by Whiffen that Dr Welcher references shows an event of 36 steps and 82 feet, ending at 12:32:16.

Burgess says ‘with the caveat that those clocks haven’t been adjusted’. Facepalm, MOO
