This is brilliant. And, please note, that while he is walking and looking at his phone, he is carrying the taillight pieces with him so that over the next couple of weeks, those magical pieces can be found on the lawn near him.
And carrying glasses

Most of his redirects have been a regurgitation of his direct to the point it is the same thing over and over. They have so little to present and so far has been an insult to any justice for JOK, IMO.Brendan’s looong redirect of Burgess is just trying to refresh the jury’s memory of what Burgess even said before Alessi absolutely destroyed him, MOO
While there’s no shame in not having a college degree, lying about one’s educational accomplishments is bad. When a so-called expert lies about their education and uses that lie to testify under oath before a jury, it is absolutely inexcusable, it's fraud.Personally, I don’t care what degree someone holds if they’re excellent at what they do and provide accurate information.
It’s not rocket science and ironically Elon Musk holds zero degrees in rocket science.
All IMO
Just the fact that this ‘expert’ witness has not reviewed ANY raw data is kind of shocking to me.Most of his redirects have been a regurgitation of his direct to the point it is the same thing over and over. They have so little to present and so far has been an insult to any justice for JOK, IMO.
Does that then mean his data analysis of the two events, the 3-point turn and the backup, are incorrect?Let me attempt to explain the significance of this man's CV/LinkedIn discrepancies for you. First of all, it really doesn't have anything to do with the fact that he never graduated college. It's about his reliability as a witness and a "expert" as the CW presents him. If this man has discrepancies on these items, it shows carelessness at best and deception at worst. So this makes everything he says and does suspect.
So for example, you are about to walk down the aisle and marry someone and find out the night before that your fiance cheated on 2 of their former spouses/partners. Would you trust them to be faithful to you?
I don’t believe that’s true. You do realize he stated that none of data reported a collision?
One glass or two, though? Maybe balancing one on his head? And carrying glasses

The jury will decideThat's a problem. Murder trial. IMO
So you're saying that Burgess, the expert witness, was wrong?I don’t believe that’s true.
He’s the first guy to take the stand, there’s more coming.
IMO
In what context is what you wrote?I tryed but the time stamps are shifting -2 +18.4- 26
Again, that is a red herring fallacy. No one is saying that Mr. Burgess should not be allowed to testify because he has no degree. The issue is that he has falsified his degree, seemingly for 17 years. We don’t even know right now if Aperture knew when hiring him he had no degree (although that seems unlikely considering the Aperture site listed that he held a degree), if they even would have hired him or put him on the stand.Personally, I don’t care what degree someone holds if they’re excellent at what they do and provide accurate information.

Fraud and not to be trusted in his knowledge as we are seeing. Sloppy CW work for sure as well, grab anyone that will work with us. Wonder if they are the first company they met with. NO reputable business with high end stakes such as this one, read their website, can probably never repair this damage to themselves.
