His supplemental report is no different then what any one of us could have done on our own and submitted using the reports available. This data has been available and been interpreted in so many different ways already, with different theories. His report just happened to line up and help the CW. JMO

The arrogance of Shannon Burgess is next level.

Copy and pasting, YES copying and pasting, in reports used for a criminal trial and just shrugging it off as insignificant is repulsive.

His whole testimony should be struck.

I believe the testimony from the witness should remain. In full, and under oath and on the record in this second trial. Reasons being IMO include..…. IANAL - that IIUC at some point the judge might typically instruct a jury as to a witness, their testimony, and credibility. And that depending on their findings of that witness’ testimony, if they find something or some part not credible they may then be able to either disregard part, or all, of that witness’ testimony.

For reasons such as this, it should remain in full. And can’t forget, that the CW fought hard to have this ‘expert’ included. And they fought late in their case to do so. And that was also to change and adjust timelines too IIUC. It should remain on the record. So in that way, this also reflects on the approach the CW and Brennan elected to pursue. It should not be stricken……. and I hope that it is not. MOO

I find it ironic so many have ripped apart every single witness thus far.

Remember last week when the CW was trying to get this guys report in ,and the CW said ,they didnt know how much time they would need him because he had done experiments and made charts and did testing ..etc..Anyone remember ? It was just last week...

A stamped disclaimer of NOT an expert is across his photo on the company staff members which has been widely shared on public forums such as this. So, along with Welcher's. This was done by the actual company, much to their dismay I'd say they sure had no choice. IMO

Has a filing ever been made in any court in which your educational background has been misrepresented? Burgess says ‘not that he’s aware of’ - lol.

Alessi is asking about a case in Texas- Jeffrey & Theresa Glover vs. Graphic Packaging International LLC. In this case, Burgess is no longer participating.

Why is he no longer participating, you may ask?

Because he submitted a CV TO THE FEDERAL COURTS that falsified his degrees. Immediate objection + sidebar when Alessi asks what the education history says on this CV.

Can we end the ‘he didn’t lie to the court’ conversation now? He may not have lied to THIS court, but he is clearly willing to.
