And we are back again. The CV shows that pesky ‘BGS - Bachelor of general science in Mathematics and Business administration’ - showing him as having RECEIVED his degree in 2024. Submitted to the FEDERAL courts.

We are now looking at items already admitted into evidence. Alessi is asking Burgess about the fact that he said he had never misrepresented his degree status or education to the courts.

Looking at the CV submitted to federal district courts that says he has a degree he did not, and does not, hold.

There is no qualifying statement or explanation like (presumed graduation date 2024). He just states that he holds that degree.
