It really is an argument about some seconds. But big picture, it's hard to see how the reversing event is consistent with anything Karen has said in her videos. Indeed it's more consistent with what she said in her police interview.

No one is judging him for not completing his degree. He is being judged because he has misrepresented his education for a decade - claiming education he doesn’t have as justification for making life changing conclusions for other people. Meanwhile, whatever his financial situation was 17 years ago, he now charges upwards of $300 per hour for his fraudulent services.

I think we may have to wait for someone that actually looked at the data. Burgess said he didn't look at the raw data.

Burgess said that he has it timestamped. If Alessi disagreed, he needed to put that contention to this witness IMO.

While I acknowledge the possibility to argue in the alternative e.g this Brian or that Brian or both Brians, I don't think it's realistic to argue "my client was not driving at high speed in reverse but even if she was it was 20 seconds earlier ... "

Just as a practical matter, I don't think he will do that - nor is it what he said to the Judge.

Did he not submit credentials to the court that list him as still pursuing his degrees?

Pursuing what? the University doesn't even offer the degree program. So what exactly was he pursuing?

There were at least two CV's (three maybe?) and they all said different things.
