That shouldn’t surprise anybody. The ER doctors and nurses are responsible for trying to save his life - not preserve evidence. In fact, did the doctors and nurses even know there was a potential crime involved?
I’ll send you some old clips of the TV show ER - prioritizing evidence in the ER just isn’t a thing.
But when LE got it they waited weeks to put it in an evidence locker.

I don't disagree with them being more concerned about John's life than his clothing, but it's still more than a bit sloppy. Toss them on a chair or someplace slightly less contaminated.

As far as no one knowing it was a crime, recall that Paul O'Keefe said in the ER after he saw his brother that it looked like he'd gone "5 rounds with Mike Tyson".
I think the 5 rounds with Tyson remark was explained today... its normal with the injury to his head. I can accept that.

What it doesn't explain is the other smaller laceration above his right eye. Or the marks on his arm. Or his hands.

The LE apologists will say he was checking his voicemail or listening to a weather report. I look forward to seeing BH on the stand being grilled by AJ.

All this yelling, screaming and running around and no one inside heard a thing. We aren't talking about a mansion here but a normal middle class home. I find that very interesting.
Right under the Alberts bedroom windows. Quiet street, neighborhood. The thing is, Jen Mc did call her sister inside that house for a matter of time, not sure at this time. Denied it, but of course we see all the texts and calls made by her that were found out that she did for sure lie about to the FBI. IMO

I'm betting the FEDS fired him. I'm wondering how we can find out?

Yes, we do. Last trial testimony covered it very thoroughly.

The only males in the house that night were:

B. Albert
B. Albert Jr.
B Higgins
Matt McCabe
Colin Albert
Tristan Morris who testified he arrived long after Higgins left.

Higgins was also only there for about an hour. He had stuff to do with rando cars at Canton PD and says he needed Jamesons whiskey and the Alberts didn't have any.

If you are claiming some other male was there, can you kindly provide a link?
Bam :)
IMO.

Evidence and investigation were never a thought to them but turns out, they were forced to as things turned around on THEM. IMO

If they didn't fire him, I hope he has to use a breathalizer before he drives. JMO

Jen called Coco three times that morning. Jen denied making the calls and Coco denied answering or even knowing about them. Of course. Canton must be a mysterious twilight zone where phone records are always wrong. "Picture if you will, a picturesque little town in southern Massachusetts...."

The first call was at 5:07 am and it lasted 37 seconds. The other two were made after paramedics arrived.

In the still of the morning silence before dawn. No way they were sleeping! Especially after JMc called her sister at 05:07 and 06:10 or whenever. And come to think of it, why wouldn't she have also called Brian Albert when Nicole didn't answer? OR call the nephew Brian Albert Junior. Come on! A dead man on the lawn and she's not worried about her relatives in the house beside the dead guy. It makes no sense!

Didn't Jen even pretend to be her sister at one point?

Exactly. And no one ever mentions Brian Jr. He lived there full time and I'm sure Auntie Jen had his number.

If my sister, BIL, and nephew were in that house I'd be calling them all, banging on the door and throwing rocks at the bedroom window, if only to make sure they were okay.

But of course Auntie Jen knew they were fine.

Sigh. Being an expert witness and submitting false credentials in a federal court is a serious thing.
Mr Burgess did not submit false credentials to the court. His CV's said pursing a BA.

The birthday boy had mostly female friends there. The list of people present was testified to by the Alberts.
And did BH testify in a grand jury or the first trial that JO was in the house?

I’m sure Lucky means well. But it’s been established that he ran into a basketball net that same night while plowing two streets away from Fairview. That doesn’t give me a lot of comfort that he was scanning the sides of the road…..or at least that he was seeing what he needed to see.
In addition, Lally raised the point in T1 that Lucky gave a different timetable to the FBI than he did to MSP during interviews.
So, I’m reluctant to find his testimony as accurate.

Lucky testified that he was well aware of the basketball net. He saw it and explained he underestimated his approach as he navigated the truck around it. He was clear that he paid particular attention to his surroundings because "God Forbid" he would be devastated if he hit a small animal

I believe BH testified about this mysterious man he saw at the grand jury, and AJ questioned him about that testimony at Trial 1.

To the FBI when they came a'callin'. BOLD. She told her husb and he said call them back it is a crime. She explained it away as she thought they were salesmen..please. Right quick to lie and also throw someone else's name around. IMO

One of them said that. The other two gave two different dates of actually receiving that degree.
Which he didn't.
Because there is no such degree.
He didn't even receive his General Studies degree.
He submitted those to two different courts, that we know of, and was kicked off of the Federal case because he was caught.
There's a reason why his employer has been doing major damage control since yesterday morning on their website.
He's a fraud.
End of story, the end, finis, amen.
IMO.
