For those complaining about the sluggishness of the site, I too was frustrated. There is a bar at the top of the screen indicating that WS is aware of the problem and it is not your computer.

There goes ‘conceding’ 1162… I feel like Alessi is leading up to the conclusion that they have the wrong key cycle!

  • #103
In case anyone cares... Karen's SUV was at key cycle 1264 by September 2024. That is a LOT of key cycles while in their custody. IMO screenshot from testimony (highlighted by me)

They’re getting paid. They’re not a not for profit organization. Let’s move on.

Why should people move on? I had to hear for weeks about how improper it was for ARRCA to be paid after the fact.

What a t
so they bought the Lexus, after the trial, they will sell it, and the CW will pay the difference or if they sell it for more, it will reduce the bill.

amendment to the contract... to pay $320,000 ... WHATTTTTTTTTTTTT! omg ... locals... you should be really REALLY upset!
What a travesty.....

there goes the judge yet again breaking Alessi"s momentum....

I can’t handle both the slowness of this board and Welcher’s failure to answer a simple question. Something has to give
This WS message is still posted.

"Websleuths is under Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) Attack. Please pardon any site-sluggishness as we deal with this situation."

So this guy snapped back at Alessi with the "that's the 2nd time you've asked me that question." Umm....what??? If that is true, then why didn't the CW object "asked and answered?" You are there to answer questions. That's it.

I forget the word that was used in the contract that said it could be more than the $325,000.
Alessi didn't get that number out.

Alessi is trying to establish that Welcher is or was aware of all the CW's different times they have used for the alleged incident.

Brennan keeps objecting to the wording, judge keeps sustaining.. and back to a sidebar.

This is painful! lol

geesh, so they come back and AGAIN Welcher has his laptop open and on.

now a sidebar .. sighhhh lol
This guy seems to have a problem following rules…..really makes you question his investigation

As LYK would say, it is a little clunky!

They are back.. Alessi is moving on for now... will come back to the "timing" thing after...

I am going to guess.. they need paper copies of various reports to show him, which takes time, so just moving on for now.

Deleting emails? Zoom
Welcher keeps changing his stuff, going on his laptop….even when the judge has told him to stop
calls?

This is interesting/could be useful

So they use -3C which is around what it was the early morning hours OJO was found. And they used thin layer of clothing. OJO had a bit more than a single layer of clothing, however, considering his sweatshirt. They also used 10mph winds and if i recall correctly the winds were higher. Also, they use a 176 lb person. (I want to point out the differences between this “exercise” and the actual conditions OJO was left in.)

Please refer to link to see the formulas/science used to create this graph

According to this, OJO was not outside from the time Karen left to the time he was found. He was out there for less than 2 hours based on his core body temp when found and this graph. Karen did not him. He had shelter or warmth of some sort between the time he was dropped off and the time he was found.

ackkk the study he used to say that 61% of vehicle/pedestrial accidents results in head injuries is from the 70's!

Alessi is trying to get him to agree that in recent years, injuries to the lower extremeties are the most common injuries.

Have to say how patient Alessi is waiting to re-ask his question after Welcher goes on endlessly not answering Alessi’s question

Oh now KR may have driven up on the curb according to this witness.
