Very confused with all that’s going on so far as I’m just watching now. Did those texts from proctor get read? Or only some? I thought his friends would have to read them or something
Parts got read. I posted yb's testimony a few posts back.

So if the Judge rules against the CW it's to avoid looking compromised

And if she rules for the CW is because she is biased and or corrupt?

Isn't it more likely she's just ruling on the merits as she sees them? The Judge has significant latitude on these decisions and certainly does not care what Court TV or Twitter thinks.

One of her main objectives is to avoid any appealable error, which is, I am sure, one significant factor in why she ruled this way. Ditto why she kept out the FBI expert - there is no authority to allow it, and the Judge isn't going to make a novel decision at trial court level in this case.

IMO

Well you are right about that.

In turn, isn't the lead detective the cornerstone of the cw case? I would think the jury believes he is a very important part of the prosecution and they should hear from him, if he is alive. JMOO
It's not surprising to me the the CW is not calling Proctor after his disgrace (and possible investigations still currently going on) It does greatly surprise me, considering all that, that the defense doesn't want him on the stand. JMO

Boy this case has been a terrible look for LE.

oh my... she does not want to say what she told the FBI is my guess

She states she never talked to anyone on Defense team and then she turns around states that the defense gave her info that distorts her memory.....

He's been fired and they don't need him to present the case.

I am sure Brennan is super happy with his trade here, and AJ made a real meal of Proctor last time. But i am sure curious why the D did not call him anyway, as they certainly need him to allege the staging.

oh wait.. so she has a "false memory"?

oh my lol

Omg! She is unbelievable! Accusing the defense of threatening her.

He would just be a hostile witness if the defense called him.. Guess they don't want the headache he would bring. But the cw not calling their ex lead detective is surprising. Looks really bad on the cw. JMOO

This is pretty clear that it was the FBI... the defense is getting that out ...

Why is she getting all Cantony?

What Dever realllyyyy doesn’t want to say is that she told the FBI that she saw Berkowitz and Higgins go into the Sallyport with Karen’s car for an extended period of time. I already said it this morning, but neither Higgins nor Berkowitz were swabbed to compare to the two unknown male profiles on Karen’s Lexus.

AJ needs to insist she answers his questions as asked.

Exactly- it is possible that LE did try to pin it more solidly on KR with the tail light evidence, but that doesn’t mean she didn’t bump him with her car. Nor does it mean LE killed him themselves and tried to frame her for a murder they committed.
I’m coming into this case late- only in the last week or so. I’ve not watched all the press coverage or circus that seems to be taking place. I have no pony in the race,
I’m interested in seeing how the science/math evidence is presented.

It is clear that there are strong sides- those for and against. Many posts here show clear bias because a side has been chosen. Which is fine- but tough to be objective about what is good science if you want you side to win.

IMO
I don't think LE needed to pin anything with the tail light. That evidence was there at the scene, around and on the victim. More evidence is in the timeline and video (no tail light shards found at Meadows). AJMO

Proctor does not need to be called for the evidence of his many misdeeds to be presented.
As far as that text chain the defense wants in, I respectfully disagree. MO
