Wasn’t it the defenses job to inform their witness there was a sequestration order?

Dr Russell has many, many years of valuable experience. Very impressive.

Did I miss something?
Was there a sequestration order?

Was there a sequestration order?

I'm sure to OP, if there was one, it only matters for the defense. CW can do what they please. JMO

It was; however, Dever is a LEO, she has testified before, this is part of her job, no way she shouldn't know that. I mean, unless you are saying she is not good at parts of her job?

Yep.
Devers ended with "my entire job and life depends on what I say on this stand".

I'll just leave this quote here as I think it's appropriate.

“10 percent of any population is cruel, no matter what, and 10 percent is merciful, no matter what, and the remaining 80 percent can be moved in either direction.”

~ Susan Sontag

Where in her testimony did she say they had NOT informed her?

IMO she’s playing dumb, just like with her false memory and forgetting what she had told the defense about Commissioner Cox telling her to do the ‘right’ thing. She knows. She’s LE who has previously testified in court.

She was informed an aware. she is a police officer.

Does she need a dictionary?
We should make a dumb things the LE has said on the stand that quote list. LOL , It shows some things about their LE depts.
Also someone should mail them all dictionary's because YB did not even know what a Theory was.

At the expense of those they have vowed to protect, their brotherhood/sisterhood is pathetic and disgusting. Watching the testimony of Dever is nauseating.
I have not seen it, just going fast through this, I had high hopes foolishly it sounds. IMO

That was what I couldn't figure either and why I called him a cornerstone.

Well after that Dever fiasco I guess the new conspiracy is Chief Berkowitz and Higgins did the staging? Surely Proctor would have been better than Dever to call. Ouch.

The dumb award goes to her scene playing stupid that she didn't understand his question when AJ asked if she would be incriminating 2 officers ( Berkowitz & Higgins) with her initial testimony that they spent "a wildly amount of time in the Sally port".

imo

I didn't watch the voir dire with Dr. Russell with Brennan... was he his normal self asking her questions?
I am not sure if this is the witness but it may be . I think she called the defense and offered her service when she saw John's wounds in the Boston paper or online.
Brennan tried to rip her apart for attention seeking - ie she is out in California and why is she even aware of this case etc.
That may have been voir dire ?
