It would be different if he were dealing with a hostile witness, like the defense team has dealt with, but he isn’t Dr Wolfe has remained very respectful and calm. It’s a bad look for Brennan. It’s also clear to me and hopefully the jurors the difference in how the CW witnesses act towards to defense questions compared to other way around.

Yep and Welcher will come back and say the literature doesn't exist or doesn't support using a dummie to do these test, etc etc etc.

I hope it is not lost on the jury that this is what these companies are hired to do ... in every case... including Welcher when he was hired, but he failed to do more testing and IMO it is because he knew what it would show, just like Dr. Wolfe just said he fully expected what happened in his testing.

Brennan’s logic is completely backwards re: the dummy arm. He claims the crash test dummy’s arm is harder than a human’s, which is true, but would actually make it more likely to tear clothing, not less. That directly contradicts his earlier point about the weight of a human arm. You can’t have it both ways, Hank! MOO
