Wouldn’t it be WILD if alllll of this is from something simple like this? Chloe attacks for some reason, JO falls backwards and hits his head, a bunch of drunk dudes don’t want to get in trouble bc the family dog caused the fall… so they concoct this plan to ditch the body near the road to hopefully blame it on the snow plow. Karen calls too early looking for him, JM pivots and they decide KR can be blamed. Case closed.

I’m just finishing the defense examination of the Dr. just coming in to say Cannone is at her worst today.
Why couldn’t the doctor answer questions RELEVANT to the “case” brought forth by the CW? They claim his arm was hit so why can’t she answer whether the X-rays indicated that and even elaborate why she does or doesn’t believe that? What’s the point of having doctors testify if they aren’t allowed to give their opinions on what did or didn’t happen?

I don’t know litigation particulars. Am i not understanding a “rule”?

The rule is to protect the system.

Karen Read requested to add Attorney Mark Bederow to her legal team. In a brief ruling, Judge Cannone ruled against allowing Bederow to join the defense-- citing a conflict of interest with no evidence. Given the gag rule in place, I'm grateful that Attorney Bederow opines on the case since others are prohibited from discussing the case.
