His way is thinking he can wear witnesses down. The thing is, they are not the cpd, the McCabes nor the Alberts, Devin and so on. Very different ilk of people. NO reason to lie, NO reason for bias, that makes NO sense in this case for them. You are all seeing decent minded and very intelligent people with NOTHING to hide at all. IMO
