Dr Scordi-Bello testified that she could not determine one way or the other how JOK died. So she ruled his Manner of Death Undetermined based on all the evidence presented to her.

Huh? She stated she examined his body and found no evidence of a vehicle collision. She went into more detail about his lower body showing no signs.

I recently watched an interview of KR with Ted Daniels. They appeared to be in a SUV driving around Boston. I gained a much better understanding of KR through that interview. For instance, she loved working for Fidelity and would still be there if she could be. In 2020 she was told to work from home like many of us, except she never got to go back because of this trial. She seems to be a very driven individual, she stated she worked on the case every day like it was her job. Her biggest fear was the CW would get ahead of the def team, so she was steadfast in her work to just stay even with the other side. Gave me a much better understanding of KR, the person.
Respectfully, no one said it does equal that.
She also didn’t state that he wasn’t run over by a snow plow. She didn’t state he wasn’t knocked down by a dog. She didn’t state he wasn’t hit in the head with a barbell and dragged into the yard.. are all of these also true? it’s hard to understand how not stating something is equivalent to stating it.
