Probably wasn't a good idea for the prosecution, pro-prosecution people. and some of the witnesses to attack the jurors and/or the system.

And that Dighton police officer Sgt. Barros who testified that the taillight was still mostly intact when he saw it at the Reads' home has some interesting things to say about Adam Lally. In an interview yesterday he says he told Lally when they met before the first trial exactly what the condition of the taillight was before the vehicle was returned to Canton. Lally didn't disclose this to the defense and according to Barros never showed Barros the picture of the damage the prosecution asserted at both trials was caused by Karen Read.
Mark Bederow opines that this is because Lally was trying to avoid having to disclose exculpatory evidence to the defense and believes Lally could be in hot water over this. Bederow:
If he said the taillight was not severely damaged or completely destroyed, that contradicted the MSP and should have been disclosed under Brady. Not showing the photo sounds like a deliberate attempt to skirt their obligations. They obviously knew what was happening and attempted to act willfully blind to their Brady obligation. They are in trouble with this.
