The lack of damage to the car and to JO proved he wasn't hit by a car. Thus the Not Guilty verdict.
The evidence was there on his body, ALL just my opinion. Just like with OJ, I hope John's family and friends can prevail in civil court and find some justice.

so her backing up 34 feet should be ignored? If Richard green’s shoddy affidavit never existed..this movement would’ve never taken off..

I could back up 34 feet doesn't mean I committed second degree murder. If it's so clear cut then why didn't the CW put any witness up there who could testify his injuries were consistent with being stuck by a vehicle?

Are you accusing the jurors of viewing social media?
Kind of hard to miss the fan club crowd noise, signs, bullhorns (at one point) outside the courthouse every day.

If KR confesses (I mean confesses again) in 5 years (say, to get a second book deal), can she be charged with anything?

Ignored? No, you can bring it up all you want. But simply said, it proves nothing. MOO.

She can't be charged with anything she was acquitted of.

So you don’t trust that the CW took appropriate measures to insulate the jury from outside influence?

All in all, seems like the only people to blame if you truly to believe that Karen is guilty are MSP, CPD, and the CW.

It’s truly absurd to take all these partial pieces of data, that aren’t connected to ANY proof of John’s death, then hold them up individually and act like they are EBARD to convict. Thankfully jurors were able to see the big picture. MOO

I didn't know KR encouraged John to get therapy. For what?
I assume it was to deal with the loss of his sister and BIL, inclusive of his new role as legal guardian of the kids, etc. Karen said that JOK was gruff and stubborn about it, he didn’t want to open up. I believe she said he gave it a shot, but he ultimately didn’t see the point.

Juror No. 4, a man named Jason, joined us on "TMZ Live" Thursday
This is one intelligent juror. He's standing up against interviewer suggesting to him that the jury needed to believe in a conspiracy in order to acquit. He's educating the interviewer about how they only considered the facts and evidence they were presented with in court. Impressive. Jmo

I gotta say, it didn’t dawn on me until this trial that I have personal experience with losing someone to being hit by a car and it was at a high speed on a busy road, like 45-50 in an area that’s supposed to be 25 max.

When I was 10, my best friend was hit and killed by a car. No headlights were broken. She was hit with the front, but you see where I’m going with this. My best friend died instantly.

The evidence just does not support a car collision. The jury has spoken, it’s over.

I think anyone who still believes KR is guilty needs to rewatch the second trial, and practice radical honesty with themselves.

Love the national attention TB brought to her case and also information he provided. He was immensely helpful. JMOO
He’s had his eye on corruption in the MSP for years. I remember him uncovering some rot in their ranks a few years back. In the last 4-5 years, or so, he shifted from more tabloid-type reporting to political and corruption stories. He tells it like it is, often in a crude, in-your-face style, but it works for him. I’ve been reading TB for a looong time. There were (many!) times I’d cringe when reading the blog…sometimes I’d have to take a break. 🙃 When he switched over to reporting on corruption, he hit his stride. He knows what it’s like to be falsely accused and have to fight for the truth to come out. Sometimes that’s a little ‘messy’.

Im truly sorry for your loss. Such a young age to experience such a life-changing experience.

Jason the juror in his interview just now posted up thread, made it very clear that in his opinion as a group they took their duties seriously and did not let anything outside the court room interfere with their discussions concerning the evidence in trial. Imo the interviewer was trying to get him to say his decision was influenced by the people in front of the court house, but he saw it coming and made it clear that he was not. Jmo

Jason doesn't appear to be intimidated by anyone 🤔
Go figure.
This is also my spirit juror, the one who always looked like he just rolled out of bed per Sue O'C.
Good job, Jason!
IMO.

Per juror 4, it didn't influence them. They knew how important their role was and they didn't let outside factors influence their viewing of the evidence.

At this rate, maybe we’ll hear next that that juror must have been hired by Karen Read to throw the jury… 😉

enough with the brian albert already
And the Yuri Bukhenic's guiless or not hanging around the courtroom entrance by all accounts. Unlike Brian Albert in trial X 1, Bukhenic was eventually moved upstairs so the jury didn't have to walk right past him on their way to the Court room.
