So Colleen Crawford was also involved in the Birchmore case and found nothing of investigative significance? How do all these people still have jobs?

In case anyone else is wondering what happened to Cori’s account, here’s a bit of an explanation. She was in Emily’s show a few days ago so I trust Emily.

Its disillusioning ,Yes? ...

So many stories of corruption on all levels seemingly everyday with all walks of life in all areas.

I am in a business where big money is involved so that of course attracts all kinds so I am not naive. I know enough to stay above the fray and not fall victim.

But to think that LE etc are manufacturing evidence and witnesses are lying on the stand with peoples futures in the balance on the regular is on a different level. I suppose it all boils down to money no matter how you slice it. LE - if they have a high clearance rate there are prob bonuses and promotions. Payoffs too etc.

Hurts my heart and sense of justice.

How did a dead man put his missing sock back on his foot? Must just be another one of those darned coincidences.

This is a bit confusing. Where was this photo taken? (Hospital, or during the autopsy itself?). Does the autopsy report itself document only one sock on JOK's right foot? If this photo is from when the autopsy was being performed then it seems the documenting officer must have had a problem with his eyes?. Probably best to read Scordi Bello's report re victim's clothing. Jmo

Note there is a pile of clothes on the floor. I think that means they were in the hospital room.

So JOK's LHS sock came off between his hospital room and the Morgue? Idk, that or the cop making notes in autopsy made an error I guess. I wonder.if the ME documented just the RHS sock. I'd be inclined to trust her notes more than the police!

Maybe med staff removed it for some reason in the hospital. Or accidental fall off during transport to morgue? One shoe at the scene IIRC. Now that would be highly dodge if a sock was also 'recovered' from the scene, but not recalling that to be the case.

Apologies as I've been out of the loop since the totally fantastic NG result after trial x2. Have missed a lot. Jmo

Interesting thoughts from the jury foreman! ‘That is a lie': Key figure in Karen Read trial comes forward with new insights

"I was open-minded, I was willing to listen to both sides, if she hit him or if there is corruption, and the corruption outweighed her hitting him with the car," he said. "

"'That is a lie, that is a lie,' it was just witness after witness after witness and the only credible person I can say was probably Mrs. O'Keefe," the foreman said. "The case was leaning one way, and it kept on leading one way up until the very end."

Attorney Corri Hopkins (Marbury v Mad on X) and Canton Interim Police Chief Joe Perkins hoped to have a meeting on Thursday or Friday of this week to go over her pending public records request that she filed with the town.

Earlier last week, Hopkins stated that she had put in a request, paid, and would have to file a civil lawsuit if she did not get an answer.

Because of this, a public party with ties to Canton PD put out a request for Canton PD for somebody to respond to Hopkins. After a couple of days, Hopkins said she received an email from Perkins. Perkins stated it may take time for her to receive the records because it is voluminous, but they are working on it.

Hopkins entered the chat during Attorney Melanie Little's YT on 11/12 and provided the above update. MOO

Maybe just maybe...those are the hospital socks they put on you with the no skid little things on the bottom - just from my own experience in emergency rooms/hospitals/ they put socks on you ...these socks look totally brand new/not like socks that were wet and frozen from lying outside in the snow - if he had any socks on those would have been stripped off of him
Remember his shoes were "placed" at the curb or as LE theorized he came out of his sneakers at the curb when he was hit by a vehicle

He prob lost one sock in transit to the morgue or a doc pulled one off to look at somethiing and it never got put back on in the chaos

Those are Adidas brand socks. I doubt the hospital uses brand-name socks. Chances are someone made a mistake in the narrative, OR someone put the left sock back on.

Good point that the hospital supply socks at Good Sam in Brockton Ma were probably not adidas.
I just figured why would they possibly leave wet frozen yucky socks on him. And those socks look fresh and clean and dry.
A mystery.

Ted Daniel is really digging into police incidents and once again, Cox is in the middle of it. After seeing this it’s pretty obvious he forced Kelly Dever to “do the right thing”. IMO.
