The McCabes, Alberts and Higgins have a give send go fundraiser which I won’t link to. Unfortunately, supporters of theirs are making donations in the name of “celebrities” around this case including Peter Tragos (lawyer you know) Rebecca Lavoie (something’s off) and Karen Read’s dad, Bill. Rebecca contacted the person who created the fundraiser who is one of Jen McCabe’s sisters and told her to remove her name as she is a public figure and she didn’t make the donation. She didn’t do anything so Rebecca contacted give send go and has continued to be in touch with them. She has been told that the fundraiser is under investigation.

I followed the trials and the FKR movement to a point. For me it has become a side show with all of the podcaters and lawyers that have sprung in to action commenting and speculating on what is to come. AK, aka TB has a mess on his hands, IMO to the point that what I do see is a bunch of adults acting like highschoolers with the name calling, etc. TB has some personal issues apparently that IMO, have blurred his original mission. From what I gather he has started to speak out against KR for some reason that I'm not aware of. So, anyone know what happened there?? And does he now want to make trouble for her??

He has been angry because she went on Howie Carr’s show with Alan, and Kearney felt HE should have had the first interview. She was barely on. The reason Alan went on was because he promised Carr he would go on his show next time he was in town. He tried to force himself onto the show and was told no. Massive tantrum. He takes credit for raising 1.1 million for Karen and he has been trying to take ownership of her but she’s been avoiding him. She found out he recorded her without her knowing which is wiretapping and not legal in Massachusetts. There is so much more with juvenile mudslinging from so many of the creators.

It wouldn't surprise me that Proctor himself may have pointed the finger at other cops when he realized he was going down with no return. He and/or his wife even said it in one of their interviews they felt Proctor was being scapegoated. I might feel the same way if I was the only one out of that whole bunch of crooked cops who got canned. The entire lot of them acted sneaky and unscrupulous IMO but with only one losing his job to date.

New evidence could fall from the heavens, and IMO, the Commonwealth will never seek justice for John O'Keefe because they put all (doubled down) their efforts into trying to convict KR. They're dying on that hill!

For example, look at the Sandra Birchmore case. The same incompetent State investigators ignored troves of electronic and medical evidence (pointing to M Farwell) and quickly ruled Sandra's death a suicide, and closed her case upon the State Medical Examiner issuing Sandra's erroneous death certificate, noting the manner as suicide, and the cause of death-- asphyxiation by hanging. Here, although a Federal investigation of the same case resulted in the indictment and arrest of Farwell for Sandra's murder, both the Commonwealth and the state's ME haven't budged. One would think, at a minimum, they'd want to do right by Sandra and correct her death certificate, but nothing!

And look no further than PA's Ellen Greenburg's 2011 homicide (20 stab wounds, half of them to the back of her head, neck, and spine), and more than thirteen years of legal efforts to get her death certificate amended after citing her manner of death as suicide! MOO

No additional details have been provided about Canton's investigation of Sean Goode, an 18-year + veteran of the force.
(It is not known if Goode's suspension has any connection to Read's case). Goode testified during KR's first trial, but they did not call him for her 2nd trial.

Btw, Nick Reiner just hired Alan Jackson as his defense attorney. Alan has at least two high-profile cases in CA on his schedule. Not sure if this Civil matter will carry much weight for him, especially since civil litigation is not his expertise. JMO
