I think they are going after her first because she is perceived as the weaker of the two and they think they can break her. If I were her and was guilty of something and the LE dangled an offer to turn evidence against hubby and perhaps keep some kind of normal life versus standing by hubby and risking everything, I'd turn on him in a second.
Or they think and positively know Kate is the killer of Maddy and that Gerry is the accomplice, or vise a versa. Either way, they want one of them to break. I don't see it. There faces are just as hard, cold, bitter and looks like their blaming the public for all their problems now.
Nope, I just don't see either one telling the truth, they really think they'll get by with this. Look how long it's been so far and they haven't been arrested. Most of us know if it was one of us, we would long have been in jail, at the mere charge of parental endangerment and neglect. Being doctors, they've always been given preferential vip treatment.
People of this mindset don't think like the rest of us. I still haven't decided who I think killed Maddy. I'm starting to see the timeline swaying and changing. Maybe she wasn't killed in those mere couple of hours of the Mccanns leaving the room and the actual report of her missing.
The suitcase theory and her body being placed in it fits, fits fits, All the way to explaining it being on Kate's clothes. Gerry was seen carrying a suitcase along with beach toys for the babies.
For the blood to be in the rental car, the anonymous perp would of had to have rented it prior to the Mccanns, and that could be a possibility then turing into an accidental or coincidence of the Mccanns renting the car. Therefore, it could be some kind of divine intervention, who knows.
going back to the Mccanns being the killers, they had to have stashed Maddy somewhere, especially after all the immediate media coverage, then deciding they need to move her body, hence blood in the rental car three weeks after Maddies disappearance.
These parents aren't going to admit to nothing. They will have to be one hundred % prosecuted and found guilty, and they'll still deny it. I can see it in their eyes and body language. Not to mention all they've said and done, they don't plan on going down for this.
Motive: Why did they kill her? I honestly don't believe it was premeditated, or they would have done a much better job of it.
ACCIDENT?
LOST CONTROL/ANGER?
