That’s correct in Poland health system is free tax funded but there are long ques to the specialists and there is priority to therapist. Private practices costs a lot of money for visits.

Free psychiatric care in Poland is very low quality and patients have to wait sometimes for years for the first meeting with a doc. If you want a good psychiatric care you need to pay through your nose. As for legal assistance, no, it's definitely not free.
