I asked the astros to check this guy out last week in relation to Haleigh. The info posted above is the correct info. The astros said based on his cahrt he is one really nasty guy. They said they would compare his chart to Haleigh's but have not done so yet. I've been trying to find a Putnam county connection for him. I'd love any help!

Check this out. This bank robbery happened the same day Haleigh went missing at 11:00am in Deltona, FL. The photo from the bank and the photo of Reyes at the store look very similar and the descriptions match, too.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONOn 02/09/2009 at approx 1100 hrs, a lone robber held up the Wachovia Bank on Deltona Blvd in Deltona. Witnesses said that the suspect walked into the bank and handed a stick-up note to a teller. The teller complied with the robber’s demand and turned over an undetermined amount of money. The suspect, who didn’t display a weapon, then fled the bank with the money. No one was injured in the robbery. The suspect was described as a white or Hispanic male believed to be in his late 40’s with a medium build and dark hair. He was wearing a dark-colored jacket, a red hat and had a white bandage on the right side of his neck and face.

I been checking on Reyes too. But it bothers me how sloppy he was with beer cans, whoever took Haleigh cover their tracks better than this guy. is there a link that he bail out?

Someone who has the details about this guy should notify LE. Maybe they would at least look into him. A lot of the time each crime gets worse and this guy started out masterbating in front of windows probably hoping someone would see him. Then he graduates to taking kids out of their beds but they scream and he runs. Maybe he did take Haleigh but didn't stick around the home with her. It's worth looking into anyway. LE need to know about this guy and the possibility of a connection to Haleigh.

Another thing that bothers me is that the man in the bank robbery had a bandage on his face and neck. This was the morning after Haleigh's abduction. Could he have several scratches or bite marks on his face that he is trying to cover up?

Does Reyes have scars on that side of his face and neck now?

I haven't found any actual addresses besides Orlando on Reyes yet other than locations that Cajun found on Intellus.

Hi SS....I was assuming that this perp was not behind bars. I wasn't clear just from reading your posts if he was arrested and charged. According to your latest findings is this guy roaming around free? Is he in jail? Do we know where he is right now?.....Sorry I just wanted to clear that up. Great job by the way bringing this guy under the spotlight, whether he is connected at all or not his is a face that people in Florida need to be able to recognize and be familiar with.

He is being held in Orlando with no bond. Thank Goodness! I hope he is never on the streets again, but you never know what a jury is going to do. People do need to be aware of him and follow his case.

(Sorry I didn't make it clear he was still being held with no bond.)
