Yeah, and there could be other background history/experience that shows Dina has this knowledge.

I can't remember anyone saying Rebecca and Jonah went boating. Perhaps they did, but given they were together two years, how much time had she spent in Coronado? On a boat? I presume Jonah does not have a Yacht in Arizona. :great:but I guess it's possible.

Presumable, also, Dina spent many Summers in Coronado, full time. So who has more experience in knot tying?

Planking is when someone lays prone on a surface (usually dangerous) and a photo is taken.

There is no truth to the rumor that Max was planking. That was something that started on another comment site and Anne Bremner picked it up and ran with it to divert attention away from what really happened - Rebecca Zahau and/or her sister were responsible for what happened to Max - and told Rebecca told different stories about where she was when the accident happened and was going to be interviewed by CPS...but then killed herself instead.

Again, there's no truth to your allegation that RZ lied about the circumstances of the accident.

You really should stop making those allegations.

Tell that to the doctors who decided CPS should be alerted. Just one example: RZ told LE that Max said "Ocean" before he lost consciousness. There is no way the child hit his head and was still talking. No way will I ever be persuaded it was remotely possible.

When I searched "planking" on google I came up with a list of items. One of the first was a wikipedia article on the fad. Here is the link. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Planking_(fad)

No one knows what happened to Max or how he fell because the fall was purportedly unwitnessed. Various players in this tragedy have proposed various scenarios as I am sure that you are aware. The senarios are all unproven but range from possible planking or owling (another fad), an accident involving running in the halls , a scooter accident or according to Max's mother he was a homicide victim.

To determine what theory you feel is most likely you would probably need to review the entire file including the histories, relationships and possible motives of the main players in the case.

I personally believe that the accidental scenario proposed by CPD was incorrect but I do agree with the ruling that the injuries were sustained in an accident. I personally believe that the accident occurred when Max's rode his scooter into the dip in the balcony and was catapulted over. However, some of the other scenarios seem possible as well.

The homicide scenario is the only one I don't buy. I feel if there were any possible evidence of that it would have been know by now. Max's father, the CPD and sdso and the hospital case workers have never presented that as a possibility but only the accident theory.

The only person who suggested homicide was Max's mother. Apparently, she did not have any evidence of that in the police and hospital records so she hired her own experts. Her hired experts gave voice to her belief but also were not able to produce viable evidence of a homicide. This is just my opinion and we each have our own opinions and theories which we share on this forum.

What ever Dina says Max reported can never be proven since Max is dead. I suppose if Dina took a series of LDTs and passed then possibly some weight could be given to her allegations if she has any. I really don't see how one could file a lawsuit based on what a deceased person told you. How would the courts know whether or not you were lying?

Curious Georgia, you must not have any children if you think two children cannot be injured within a 24 hour period. Also, Max and Rebecca's sister's injuries resulted from the same initial episode.

Even the children of the best supervised children have accidents. Accidents are the number one cause of childhood injury and death in this country. I have never met a child who never had any type of accident their entire childhood. Imo, that would be an exceedingly rare occurrence if it has indeed ever happened.

I don't know about that. Where is the supporting evidence? How can you prove what you are claiming?

Your suggestion was that Jonah ignored Max's reports of being abused by Rebecca. That is far more serious than ignoring a simple request.

If Jonah had knowledge that Rebecca abused Max and he did not act to prevent it by reporting it or otherwise taking action to protect his son then criminal charges need to be brought against Jonah for contributing to the death of his son.

Imo, he would be more guilty than Rebecca because Max was ultimately his responsibility and not Rebecca's responsibility. Also, if Max told Dina that Rebecca was abusing him and if Dina did not report that to the police immediately then Dina should go to jail right now for failing to protect her son from abuse that he reported to her. If what you hint at was true then both Jonah and Dina abandoned their vulnerable six year old son in the most horrible way possible.

So if you are hinting or somehow suggesting that Max told Dina Rebecca abused him and Jonah and the other kids knew about it too please back up your theory with fact. Otherwise you make this family to appear criminally negligent. Tia.
