See, that is why I think MM is holding back evidence for the time being. She can't be that incompetent and be in the position she is. I am sure she is very well advised. She must have more?
Seems like she should be receiving solid legal advice from long-experienced attys in her ofc. about the charges, which are very likely to stand up in ct and which are not.
Some c/be dismissed soon - like if knife is legal.
If there is a trial and conviction on any chgs, some could be reversed on appeal.
That said, she could ignore competent legal advice and instead
heed guidance from strictly-political advisors? Poss, imo.
Some politicians focus on short-term, rather than long, Ditto voters & supporters.
