That would be really hard to do!
My DNA shows that I have blue eyes, white complexion, possibly wavy light brown hair. All that is true, but really can't do a sketch on it.
If he's Latino the DNA will show the percentage of Native-American. However, 50% Native-American (which is one of the the most common) is not a good phenotype predictor. If he's 85% or more, than it's likely, he will have more NA features.
Other than that, we see the dark hair, decreased body hair. His complexion is tan with warm undertones. It likely has seasonal variations and tans easily. We can assume his eyes are brown. The camera shows all of this anyway.
Getting things like brows, eye size, eye lashes, nose, check bones, and lip shapes from DNA has gotta be tons of work and may be pseudoscience. Also DNA will not show things like scars or fractures etc.
