Aww, that applies to you, too!:blowkiss:You, miley, Malkmus, otto, SMK and others are among those who can never be confused of neglecting your research. IMHO.

I hear you on that one brother, been through it. :laugh:Not I. I piggyback off those of you who do the hard work and just comment on what you post.
I particularly lack the patience for forums with pages that are hundreds of posts long, mixing discussions of Japan with translations of wiretapped phone conversations.
Thank goodness for Websleuths and reasonable pagination!
maybeI have some problems now and then with nosebleeds (dry climate), but I usually catch a nosebleed after a drop or two.
Isn't it possible that being young and careless (and probably stoned), they ignored the leak at night. But when they got up the next morning and found the floor still wet, they then thought they'd better do something about it?
I agree it's an odd coincidence that AK is working with a mop the morning after a murder. But the forensic evidence in the cottage doesn't seem to show she was mopping there.
But then why didn't he stick with the story that she had left for much of the evening?
Oh, thanks, sounds very interesting, I am afraid I might not get the channel, tho:anguish::anguish:Tonight 4/20 ID cable channel airs it's In Cold Blood (new season) and will be about AK .... will be interesting to see if it's just a rehash or if anything new is presented...

maybe
because he could not see her as a killer and even though he knew she left he did not want to implicate her? He said she left after he was told she was seen with another guy at the laundry,so I think what made him turn on her was the thought that maybe she cheated on him not maybe she committed murder....like,well,let her get in trouble then?

It looks like the defense is merely asking to have the computers examined by the experts in data recovery (ie. apple, toshiba...)
1) A & R played no part in their computers being fried and 2) the defense is willing to foot the bill... its like the semen stain, what could it possibly hurt?
I thought it was AK's hip movements that got her in trouble in the first place. I believe that's what the investigator said.
http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-504083_162-20000577-504083.htmlThe second incident happened when Giobbi asked Knox to follow him into the apartment below the crime scene. Both Giobbi and Knox had to put protective covers over their shoes before entering. Knox got hers on first, and then showed off that fact by performing a hula-hoop motion with her hands on her hips and bragging about how she quick she'd been. To Giobbi, Knox's inappropriate, girlish behavior wasn't a sign of immaturity, but rather a peek inside the craven heart of a killer.
I have done alot of research on this. Unlike others that go from forum to forum and repeat what has been said by others. My opinions have been researched by me and I feel very comfortable with respect to the conclusion I have reached with respect to this.
What I do not appreciate is when the stuff written here is then taken to another forum, reported, then mocked
still, he can be considered a self-employed citizen journalist, surely....:waitasec:

I do not buy it either. :snooty: and I also read other forums, in the beginning, because I earnestly wanted to see if I could become convinced of AK and RS 's guilt (I couldn't) and lately because I am trying to gauge where the appeal will go. I read posts by seemingly very intelligent persons who are confident that the prosecution's case is crumbling, but then other posts by people who seem just as intelligent who feel the defense stands no chance. Do not know what to think. . .Nope not buying that. You know your stuff plus I gave you a straightjacket trust me there was a NEED FOR IT
As to the 2nd paragraph I must agree this is the only forum I belong but does not mean I dont read other ones

Have we ever gotten any actual documentation that this stain WAS for sure tested and found as semen? (confusion confusion)....
Sweet! I'm deciding that now I'm a "self-employed" citizen journalist, police officer, ballerina, and POTUS! Awesome!....
Um, hi, did you not appreciate my scatological research? *sniff* :tears:

I was off to bed early, but now cannot sleep. :waitasec: No, sadly, we are not aiding the cause of justice.I haven't seen an opinion from anyone who appears to be a genuine expert on Italian jurisprudence. So I have no idea whether there is even a remote chance the verdicts will be overturned.
But I'm reasonably sure Italian courts don't much care what WE think. So I enjoy the discussion, but I don't kid myself that I'm aiding the cause of justice.
I should have said semen stain debate... because without more testing they'll never know for sure. The same way they should allow further examination of the computers.Have we ever gotten any actual documentation that this stain WAS for sure tested and found as semen? (confusion confusion)

IIRC Filomena's door was closed
"raffael and i gathered our things and went back to my house.
i unlocked the door and im going to tell this really slowly to get
everything right so just have patience with me. the living
room/kitchen was fine. looked perfectly normal. i was checking for
signs of our things missing, should there have been a burglar in our
house the night before. filomenas room was closed, but when i opned
the door her room and a mess and her window was open and completely
broken, but her computer was still sitting on her desk like it always
was and this confused me"

Excellent point!BBM
ETA As well if she thought she would be working, it probably was not planned on her staying the evening thus she would not have the clothing changes etc., thus also providing a need for returning in the morning
I am SO uncomfortable with this subject, but for you I will say that in my experience, feces may float or not at first; it probably depends on the contents of the waste material. (Don't ask me which foods. I haven't made a study of this.)
As for floating at first and then sinking later, I assume that would happen as the waste material became increasingly water-logged. Again, I don't know what one would have to eat to achieve this or which wastes would float for how long.
