CM supposedly vetted this case from top to bottom.

But he never mentioned Perigo whom was the ultimate suspect at first.

So why isn't CM clearing Perigo name and situation to us?

He just says I don't know how that name came about.

But let's look at old Franz and his old wife?

I think Bluesneakers was alluding to the idea of someone who may have been jealous of your relationship with Ally - hence the "getting engaged" comment.

I think it's crucial in the quest for justice for Ally that we explore all avenues, including the possibility that someone either of you may have known who could have been jealous of your relationship.

If we follow that train of thought: Can you think of anyone at all (that either of you may have known) who found out (by either direct communication or through the grapevine) that you and Ally were planning on getting engaged in December 2016?

In addition, who knew that you & Ally were still seeing one another even though she had recently moved back to her parents' home?

If either of you had a known or unknown romantic rival, that person may have had a motive (not justifiable, but a motive nonetheless) for murdering Ally.

Excellent train of thought. So someone jealous of the ongoing relationship.

It can't go both ways. Parents not cleared can't mean something significant when others not being cleared doesn't. Not being cleared is either hinky for everyone not cleared or not hinky for everyone not cleared. It shouldn't be dependent on who it is.

I agree. And I wonder if the focus of LE is on parents or Wes because they really have no one else to focus on.

A few weeks later Vera Hogan wrote this article that I commented for, but never mentioned Franz in my comments because Vera asked me not too:

Now, I want everyone to read my comments in this article.
Keep in mind, Nikki was NOT told by Vera that my comments would be in this article before it was published.
Also Keep in mind, a few weeks before this article I told Nikki I was going to the media about Franz....
So, when this article was published and Nikki saw my comments, she immediately knew I was now in contact with Vera...

Nikki’s response:
Just a few days after this article was published by Vera... Nikki wrote a very heated email to Vera.
In this email, Nikki repeated told Vera I had ZERO credibility with any of Ally’s friends, family, and anyone who knows Ally! ZERO credibility!
Nikki went on to say that my comments in that article (above) were “completely disgusting and offensive to everyone in Ally’s life” and that I had no business and NO CREDIBILITY commenting on Ally’s life or Ally’s death.
At the end of this email, Nikki told Vera that she should no longer contact me for comments regarding Ally.

Now, go back and read my actual comments in that article above. How could anyone possibly be so “completely disgusted and offended” by what I said???

Note: This email Nikki wrote to Vera was originally published on Tri-county Times Facebook page and has since been removed.
I’m requesting Vera send me a copy of it for investigators. I’ll put it on here as well if I can.

I read the article you linked.

I don't find anything "completely disgusting and offensive" in your statements in the article. You professed your love for Ally, spoke about her kind heart, and how the unexpected loss of her has affected you, as well as how it's affected everyone who knew & loved her.

Combatmedic...you posted that you have reason to suspect Franz aside from his yrs of not speaking to Ally.Could you share what those reasons are?
I have read both threads and I'm just not seeing it.Does Franz have any records of being violent toward anyone?
Was he strict with Ally during the time when they were speaking to one another?
Many have rocky relationships with their parents but for a parent to murder an adult daughter seems extreme.
Was he aware that Ally had a concern about Nikki being with him?
Did Ally ever tell you more about her father beyond the yrs of silence between them.
Appreciate you being here to help us understand more about this case.

We are all wondering if you were the only man in Ally’s life. She had the Florida guy. Were there other men who were interested in Ally?

She certainly had so many things going for her that would make her desireable. Cute, smart, athletic, good job where she would be interacting with lots of men such as doctors.

I'm not sure if anyone can get this info, but I do consider it a crucial element re: that horrible day. To do this, of course, the name of the church would be necessary, and I'm not sure who would be the source for this.
